Indeed it's not, the country needed positive change and while the task of turning around a crashed oil tanker takes time, Rayner has brought the bridge into disrepute. There are signs of improvement in some departments, but not enough. If things do not 'get better' in the next year, we all have a problem, because there is no viable positive option left to get adults with policies in the room, other than Lib Dems and Green, and I'm not sure they have the skills required to salvage the UK.
