  1. Well Ive been battling back and fourth, ultimately though it seems I have met a cease fire. Unfortunately its Zero boys Ive even tried a fart
  2. I dont quite get why we are stuck with the british national anthem whilst they are allowed 'flower of scotland' Jerusalem would be great
  3. He is a tempo player, I rate him personally but realistically he needs another couple of midfielders to do his running otherwise he goes missing
  4. Sooo... I woke up this morning feeling a bit.... Meh Decided I was possibly hungry so went for my classic poached egg on toast. Felt reasonably ok so cracked on with the day. Got home from work feeling ill and having stomach cramps, decided I needed a quick something to eat again so went for a ham, lettuce n cheese pitta... Lovely I thought, but the cramps never went did they Thinking I probably had trapped wind I plucked up the courage to down a pint of andrews, possibly a little silly really, conpounded with an onset of what I can only describe as world war 3 of the bowl and the fightings on all fronts. Im now stuck with what Ive aptly named the shart roulette. All going well at the moment but the odds are mounting against me Wish me luck
  5. Im not as happy clappy as many on here but christ you're tedious
  6. No, you arent alone He has potential I think but is out of his depth at this level in all honesty. Needs to go out on loan
  7. A lot of it is becoming used to the players you play with, hence why england teams tend to play consistant lineups and you tend to always get players in groups from teams. Likelyhood is now you may well see a few more saints consistantly be called up as Hodgson will be able to call up in groups
  8. And some havnt changed much.....
  9. Personally think Sturridge had a purple patch last year, very overrated that lad, plus so so greedy Welbeck the better all round player for me
  10. Clyne having a great game, keeping Anya quiet but would likd him going forward more Welbeck and Downing industrious (seriously prefer Welbeck to Sturridge) Wilshere and Milner having a good game Shaw isolated Smalling is aweful
  11. Even I get annoyed at it tbf But no, no not really
  12. Can only assume your bandwagoning about downing then Strange
  13. Who ?
  14. You'd get Depay for around 12-14m Much better option
  15. You always have been a houlier than thou pillock
  16. Kane Id take definately, I think he has the potential to be a v good player. Townsend Im a bit Meh about. We are linked with two wingers that are similar, one being Redmond and the other Townsend. Im sure there is better out there than those two, but if I had to pick one it would probably be townsend
  17. Which is how the 'committee' has worked for a few years
  18. The majority really, Mitchell was in charge of putting together and oversee a recruitment department that included our now highly thought of scouting networks as well as helping to develop the facilities that we have as part of the player analysis and recruitment side at the new staplewood. So likelyhood is he was directly involved in most if not all of the last few years worth of player and staff recruitments. He has an excellent name in the game and it has been reported that Manè, Tadic and Pellè were all on the radar before Koeman. Im not saying he isnt replaceable, he probably is. But it will be a blow. Saying he has done very little is shortsighted in reality
  19. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/southampton-want-harry-kane-andros-4644397 Apparantly any deal to spurs would need to include both Townsend and Kane If he was to leave Id definately take that
  20. I agree with the first comment re chambers, saying he wouldnt get a game for us is laughable, he kept clyne out of the side for a lot of last year, though Clyne is the better RB, arguably Chambers will be a v v good CB But realistically Long IS better value for us, J Rod is injured and behind Pelle we have nothing (even if SG was fit), so in that respect Long gives us competition and a better option then we would have had should Pelle be injured
  21. Im not sure he does, he is just protecting what he has. A talent at football. If I did something at work and was banned from working on electrical networks Id be worried at what my alternative was, eventually Id find something but it wouldn't be as lucrative. So in that respect I understand why he is trying to get back into football. Its hard to argue that he isnt sorry about whats he is done, if, its correct that he is appealing again, an expression of remorse could be taken as an acceptance of guilt. That said, I stand by the fact that he is in the public eye and so could be used as a role model, and as such Id hope professional clubs steer clear
  22. I see we have started the white wash
  23. Bye Dune Still think those that were banned but not complete ****tards could be resigned to 3 posts a day in TMS Seems fair
  24. Welcome back dune, we've all missed you
