I'd have no trouble with the wife coming to the odd St Marys games, but away days are strictly off limits. I think Sunday mornings are safe for the girlfriends to turn up, our lot turn up and make tea/cofee and bacon baps for us, so can't argue. Not that i will be playing much Sunday league anymore, when fit again i am moving back into Saturdays. But training ??? Really ?

I suppose, Its probably just because it has never really happened, but i just can't see it as being anything other than damaging and that is not saying that they will not be good 'parents' just because of the situation that they will be in i suppose. But i still believe it strong family values, and the breakdown of this is causing a lot of the yoof being as much of a bunch of c*nts as they are, but then in that case i suppose very young parents and single families are as bad.

Hmm, i suppose that makes sense when you bring in the single parent example, it is not because of their lifestyle as such but IMO if someone has no father figure, or mother figure growing up then they will not be as well rounded as an individual as someone who has had both. Equally it will not do them any favours in the playground no matter how you look at it, and don't come back with the same old arguement of homophobia as i am not but kids are kids and will give them an unfair amount of stick.

Not lowered mine, anything other than promotion is complete failure, we are still well in amoungst it with our game in hand. The only real form team is Carlisle and i can't see them keeping it up all season. Needs to be top two for me, playoffs is too much of a gamble.

From the highlights of this game and seeing him in the JPT it seems that Pericard would have been just the sort of Lambert foil backup that IMO we need right now to take the pressure off of him a little bit. We will just have to see the sort of game that NA employs with us, whether he will use Lambert and the long ball again or play a direct, fast paced, passing game
