Yeah, but once you start doing that its pretty easy. I always set a waypoint just before i get onto the stagecoach for exactly where i want to go, this includes bounty targets etc. The game though is epic, though once i complete it i can't see it having much more life for me, and for that reason i am trying to complete as quick as poss so i can sell for as near to what i paid as possible. Nearly finished Mexico now, i won't spoil anything for anyone that hasn't got here so far but it is pretty brutal. :smt038

The Official Summer Transfers and HCDAJFU Thread

I see that harewood is being released and is looking to move to DC United. Surely we can offer him a promotion year and then a year in CCC on decent wages ?? Would be a class act at this level. Probably pie in the sky though -
Fortunately (well unfortunately lol) i have done it before so i know what i am getting in to, going to put in some gym hours, my Quads are pretty big anyway naturally so it puts me in good stead but need to shift some pounds to get myself ready. As for the NHS, i just don't accept anyone saying they are in a good place under labour, for serious injuries and problems yes but i said from the first time i tweaked it last March it was my cruciate and has taken until today for them to accept it. And yes, i had to force the issue, it just pains me really, all it would have taken was a 2nd opinion, but hey ho, end in site now, after Sept i am only 6 months from putting the predators back on.

Although this is going quite well ATM, looks like i now need to get as fit as possible in about 3 months. Confirmed this morning that i have torn my left ACL again, and will have to have the reconstruction before sept. Bad times The thing that annoys me the most though is that if they had got a finger out this could have been diagnosed a year ago and so would be pretty much ready to return to sport by now.

Nah not always mate, it depends what goes, you stick a digger bucket through an 11kv or bigger than yeah the protection will trip pretty quick and like you say a larger area will be off but it could have been an LV cable that went, would only affect the customers on that cable (normally less than 75 per LV feeder) It was only a guess, i don't know, but they do stink, and if the sheath etc gets damaged water can get in over time and cause the nuetral earth bonding to disintegrate in some older cables, then it just shorts out.
-
Depending on where MB lives, he is either supplied by underground or overheads. If an underground cable goes, i.e sheath goes and then the cable burns through it f*cking stinks and you can smell it from a long way away at times, especially if it burns across all 3 phases, even when you havn't exposed the fault.

I read a report the other day that by 2020 we will be buying 80% of our energy requirement from Europe. Scary really, and puts our energy prices even further out of our hands.

:smt036 Not talking about household wiring you fool. Talking about the distribution network. Flicker can be caused by a few things, if it is regular than you are likely off the same feeder as industrial motors that draw large currents on start up, you can do something about this if it is too regular as the distribution company (in this area SSE) has a duty to move reduce flicker to acceptable levels. If it is lights dimming and changing that doesn't happen often it is an engineer switching and backfeeding and so the load takes a few seconds to settle so you get the flickering effect. Stick to scouring the internet for the dodgy videos.

Nail on guys, also, BT would never have scored the goals he did was it not for Bretts enthusiasm and work ethic.

Lol..... power surges

**** sorry ! Clearly i dont know anything about the industry i work in ! Silly me !

That will be switching, the burning was probably a cable that went, seeing as i dont know where MB lives i don't know. But when lights unusually flicker or you get dark, lights, dark, lights etc for about a minute it is also switching. HTH
