I would imagine as the money had not been credited to pompey that they are able to withdraw it for certain reasons, in fact i am reasonably sure that there are certain regulations that allows the prem to do this if certain things are not met.

I can see the arguement and yes portsmouth are a more successful club then we are however that does not predetermine a clubs size, it helps to have a decently stocked trophy cabinet but i would rather look at recent successes over those that were years and years ago.

I was not even aware that they were bought out, or had the first winding up order, let alone a second. Things are looking bleak.
