All this bollocks about trying to get all the young talent City, Chelsea etc is good but not everything ! To me Ralph should be coaching the under 18s in my opinion ...He is all about developing young players and is not a manager ..We tried this before and we went down .....If Ralph was as good as he thinks he is ..Why no players from the German leagues ? When Koeman came.. not the greatest coach at all, but a eye for a player .... Pelle , Tadic , Mane , Alderweireld on loan did not cost the earth and were brilliant for us...Ralph seems to run the club his way and his philosophy on football does not work in the Premier League ...We need experience ...leadership and backbone..ph phfook all under Ralph .
