Well i stand by what I said before Leicester take 4 pts from the next 2 and we are still in it. Have to beat Bournemouth now, don t do that and it is curtains. We were clearly playing for a point tonight the way we were set out and the like for like changes

Finishing 6th the season was a great season. Finishing 8th with 48 pts made it an Ok season. Reaching the league cup final made it a good season. Puel was not sacked because of his results. On top of that supporters who thought the football was boring. It was possession based football had we had the players capable of delivering the killer balls and finishing it we would have all be singing his praises. It is european style football but fans at this football club were too short sighted to appreciate what he was trying to do, me the first. But to continue belting along that Puel was useless and is responsible for our demise, that is just thick and you need to get a new brain.

Exactly this. Until it is over we are still in with a chance, in terms of overall play we are starting to play really well, the upturn in form is just around the corner. The game yesterday against chelsea was full of passion and spirit everyone was pressing together and we are starting to score goals. I agree! I ve seen enough in the last 2 games to see that our form is shifting and that we can get those results. We are far from down, yes the table looks bleak but beat leicester on Thursday and everyone will be talking about survival again. Leicester are out of form have nothing to play for and remind me of us last season when Puel couldn t get us playing in the last 10 games. The debate is getting old. Puel is a good manager, not world class but still a good one. I was very surprised when we got rid at the end of last season when we had got to a cup final and finished 8th, yes with a lower number of points but still the 8th best team in england whatever way you look at it. All this done without a reliable goalscorer during the season and a world class cb for half a season whilst giving lots of opportunities to the youngsters. Yes the brand of football wasn t the most enternaining but it was hardly boring. All this above was not really a sackable performance so was surprised he wasn t given a second season to build his own team.

Think i ve seen enough today to think that we will be OK. I saw enough passion fight and attacking football to suggest we will start winning games very soon.

You forgot the Gabiaddini assist. Its not about the players including Carillo, it is about the system and the way they are set out to play. The guy is isolated up front as was Gabbiadini Long. Yes Austin scored but that is to do with his finishing abilities more than anything else he wasn t influencing the game as like the others he was isolated.

Agree, West Brom were all over us in that second half. Yes it was pumping balls into the box but that put us under immense pressure.
