Let's hope that the efforts toward Ron's second operation are as fruitful as those for the first. I wonder if Hagiology have considered a book, with Ron being the subject? I appreciate he wasn't always a Saint (ex Luton, Norwich) but I would have thought that a small paperback might be worth investigating?

Kev is still living in Mansbridge. I visited him a few weeks ago. He's a lot better than when I saw him at the end of the Summer. It's not really right to discuss someone's ills on here so suffice to say, 'he had a damn bad year last year' but you know the young scally, still full of vim and vigour AND getting to the odd game or two with his sons. Watch out for him as he might run you down in his wheelchair!
