  1. Vanden Borre- good quick RB though - perhaps we should sign him!
  2. Cortese
  3. Promises, promises. Still on the Torpoint ferry?
  4. Odd that SSN say we've signed Ward and SS website says we're interested in Seaborne but no mention of Ward! Are they having an Arron Davies moment?
  5. 3-1 Saints. I shall take it on foot as per usual from Paddington and visit the Tate for the Turner exhibition in the morning. http://www.tate.org.uk/britain/exhibitions/turnerandthemasters/default.shtm
  6. Latest thinking from Donny fans on S O'D and Burnley - could be that he's not going. http://boards.footymad.net/forum.php?tno=184&fid=96&sty=2&act=1&mid=2123272917
  7. Similar to me. I loved series 1, but after that it became harder to tell who was 'good', 'bad' etc and the whole thing became boring, story lines would suddenly stop, or change etc etc. I've tried again with the new series and I'm afraid to me it's no better. Misfits on E4 is tighter, more powerful, set in the UK and just about to start it's 2nd series in Feb I think. It was tucked away in the schedules and I found it by accident.
  8. Stockbridge is nice, nestled in the Test Valley, 'neath chalky downs, by trout rich streams.

  10. Sorry to butt in, but is it snowing in Plymouth?
  11. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/TicketNews/0,,10280~1918176,00.html OS says not all ticket and some available on the day 'subject to availability'. Best give them a call, imo.
  12. Doubt it as I would have thought that they would both go down against your customer number. Not totally sure on that though.
  13. Those crazy BR hats - they'll be back, you'll see!
  14. That's a ticket office and those are BR uniforms!!
  15. I know I started the last one (which sadly never reached maturity), but on behalf of Saintsfannick and Holepuncture who have requested this but can't start threads.... Ladies and gentleman, it's the one, the only (apart from the other one that is) - - Millwall Build-up thread.
  16. I will send you this as a PM as well so you can print it out if you want. Ok. 1. Click on User CP on the toolbar 2. Click on 'Picture & Albums' in the menu 3. Click on 'add album'. 4. Give the album a title in the top box. 5. Click on 'Submit'. You now have an album to put your pics into. 6. A new window will open prompting you to 'click here to upload pictures'. Do so. Pesumably the pics you want will be stored on your computer in a folder. 7. Click on 'Browse' and find your picture. 8. Click on the picture and it's address will automatically appear in the box. 9. Click on 'upload pictures'. If the picture will not upload it is because it is too large. If so, downsize it and resave. then upload again using steps 6-9. 10. Click on 'save changes' in the Edit window which you will see when the upload has taken place. 11. Your new folder window will now open and you will see your pic image. 12. Click on the image. 13. Another window will open with two text boxes below, containing the text addresses of your images. Highlight one or other by right clicking on it. (I tend to use the BB code box, the lower of the two). 14. A drop down menu will appear on the screen. Click on 'copy'. Now you can return to the forum thread and in the 'reply' text box, click on 'go advanced' then, in the text box, right click again and the same drop-down menu will appear as before. Left click on 'paste'. The text address of your image will appear in the text box. If you then click on the 'preview post' button you will see how the image will look in your post. Add any text that you want to. Finally click on 'submit reply' and your post will appear as per normal in the thread. Hope this works ok for you. It sounds long-winded but once you've done it a few times it becomes second nature.
  17. plus this weird beastie.
  18. My earliest badges ie. pre - the present SFC logo.
  19. Update on OS http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1929305,00.html
  20. They did the same on BBC Points West (or ITV I forget) last week and filmed at least 2 people falling over in Bristol. It's almost like they prepped the area first!!
  21. Yeah, mine are roughly the same date too (50s-60s, I think), but I can't afford to cough £150 on a badge, no matter how old. At least we know there's something out there from waaaay back. I'll just cut and paste the piccy - much cheaper!! Out of interest, could you post a pic of your earliest badges so that I can see what I've got. I've picked mine up along the way and never spent much over £5-£10 for them. I've got about 30.

    Knees

Ibuprofen ffs!! I swear they're on commission!! I had this problem with a finger tendon injury. I was warned I'd be fobbed off with pain-killers so within 24 hours I made another appointment at the docs. I said it wasn't working and requested a referral to the physio dept of my local hospital where a specialist looked at it and I was given a good course of physio which sorted it. Best of luck
