  4. I think the club have made it more than clear that the plan since the takeover (apart from the initial rebuild of the team by AP), has been to build a team for the future with young, 'hungry' lads, who's monetary value will increase as time goes by.

  18. First bomb fell on London on 25th August 1940. http://www.londonremembers.com/memorials/first-city-bomb-in-ww2 The first major raid was on September 7th, hitting the docks east of Tower Bridge. Not quite sure why the map hits start on 7th October, unless it's a typo.
  19. The map only shows hits between 7th October 1940 until 6th June 1941, that period which we all know as the Blitz. If it's not there then maybe it's worth letting them know.
  20. Anyone on here go to the 6-A-Side Tournament we won back in the early 70s? I can't find anything about it but it was on telly and happened while I was at Eastleigh Tech, so 1971-73. Possibly the Evening Standard was the sponsor. Duncan's book doesn't seem to mention it, unless I'm looking in the wrong place and googling only brings up the 1983 final.
  21. Was that within the timeframe of the map?
