I had the very salty Bovril. I couldn't finish it and felt thirsty for the rest of the day. I didn't need anything to eat as I had enjoyed a 'full monty' all day breakfast in a back street cafe earlier on, whilst rambling around the town on the old canal footpath. It cost a mere £4.75 and there was so much I couldn't finish it. It may be 'grim' up north, but it's relatively cheap.

He would have produced 1 penalty at least if that arse of a referee had taken his blue and white glasses off!!

I watched that game hoping to see Ryan Doble come on. The Swiss really had it in for Bale who got no protection at all from the officials and was lucky to come through relatively unscathed.

Ok, done that. It was running but I've restarted it anyway. So now we play the waiting game........

I changed the sync to time.windows yesterday at 1230pm. The clock kept accurate time and I turned the laptop off at about 1am this morning, still keeping accurate time ok. Turned it on this morning at 1100 and the clock read 1230pm again, as if it had reverted to yesterday's sync up time. I re-sync'd it and it is functioning ok again. So we have some sort of improvement!! How do I restart the W32time service you mentioned?

Can't work out if this is superb humour or epic fail!! Either way, I'm off to watch South Park, so goodnight.
