IMO Foster has been the best keeper in County Cricket for a couple of years, and should be in the England side for every form of the game. Collingwood has shown he can clear the boundary in the past, but for some reason couldnt manage it this series. I'd probably have him in and around the team, but hand the T20 captaincy to KP. It would be intersting to have Colly or Shah opening the batting alongside Bopara. With 6 overs of fielding restrictions, it would give the so called 'nurdlers' a chance to give it more of a heave occasionally, and give us a hitter (Wright) further down the order. Key should be nowhere near international cricket. End of. I'm very disappointed that Napier didnt get a game. We were promised a team full of T20 specialists, and he is exactly that. As for the bowling, does it bother anyone else that we dont utilise our all-rounders? Wright and Bopara for example bowl regularly in County cricket. If they could even just bowl 2 overs each, that would allow us to play an extra batsman in place of Rashid.

Might be a good idea to make CC games at SMS free to STH this season to boost the attendances. The club wouldnt loose out too much because we'll probably go out in the first round.

Our second highest according to the announcer at the Rosey. Absolutley superb innings of cricket, especially Lumb. Some spectacular boundaries, but the batsmen also ran really well between the wickets, turning singles in to twos with great frequency. 2 or 3 dropped catches by Essex didnt really help there cause. And with the bat, they just didnt have an answer to the chase we set them.

I'd be pretty uninspired by Dowie TBH. I'm not expecting a bigger name than him...I just think there are better managers out there.
