I think this is why Baj stated they would only be given 12 before new mods were installed. This was about 24 months ago.

I don't think he liked everyone seeing how absurd the original infraction was. Like you say not everyone is interested in the long winded pompey takeover thread (renamed by Chalet I might add because the original title wasn't deemed suitable despite it being perfectly fine) and the said takeover thread wasn't even appropriate for the discussion of the game anyway. Of course there's the heinous crime of posting a pfc thread in the saints sub forum tut tut.

What are you on about Jeff? The threads were deleted because I made a valid point and Chalet simply could not have that. This followed the pathetic decision to lock the thread about the sun article simply because the mod who locked it didn't want it to be discussed. Can you explain why the discussion of that thread wasn't allowed?

Chalet gave me an infraction for copying and pasting from another website (even though the copy and paste was his infraction message from here) so he then reversed it and gave an infraction for starting a locked thread complaining about the pettyness of locking a perfectly reasonable thread. He'll probably infract this too.

Pompey are rubbish, but take nothing away from Gibraltar. i've seen them a few times and they are more than good enough to join uefa and take part in tournament qualifications

See above. They are currently fighting for uefa membership (spain objects) and the government are no doubt funding this and playing high profile games (at their level) is a part of the build up. IMO they are a good team and deserve to be members if the likes of san marino are. The issue will be decided next year when the governing body next meets and it just so happens the chair is held by England and the meeting is in London so fingers crossed.
