  1. We are just so dull. No clear plan or patterns of play, just look like a bang average Championship team. I really want Still to succeed but I'm not seeing anything to make me believe he will.

I'm absolutely not a fan of any religion, the world would be far better off without all of them. But Islam is by far the most backwards and hostile. Tbh, given the prevalence of guns in the US, it's amazing there isn't more gun violence. Now imagine if every muslim in Europe had easy access to gun ownership. That really is a scary thought.

Yet only one of them appears to still be stuck in the dark ages.
  4. Indeed. W16 D6 L0 Wasn't enough for some people. What we'd give for that kind of run now.
  5. https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/25507481.every-word-southamptons-still-said-win-sheffield-united/ Wanted more energy. Admitted people probably wondered what he was doing, but said it was pure instinct.
  6. I keep seeing this but it makes no sense. In that season, Stephens went off injured in the win over QPR. He played no part in the 4 straight defeats that followed. Made his return in the 4-0 win over Blackburn and was in and out of the team for the rest of the unbeaten run. Didn't play in the defeat at Bristol City that ended that run, but returned next match for the win at WBA (and iirc had a very good game). I don't think Stephens has done that much wrong this season, THB has been far worse. And while I do like Quarshie, he did have a poor game last night with several mistakes. Poor on both the goal and disallowed goal, and had a few other shaky moments. He's still young and raw, so it's to be expected, but I don't think it would be a shock if he dropped out next game.
  7. Moaning about the meals and accommodation that they are given for free, paid for by our taxes. What makes them so entitled, when there are thousand of Brits living rough on the streets, and millions more living in poverty? Having babies here to try and make sure they can't be removed. Brilliant stuff.
  8. I absolutely agree we need immigrants for the health/care sector. No problem with that. That's a bit different to waving all and sundry through, despite now having the ability to fully control who comes in, to the point that English people are becoming a minority in our own cities. As for the NHS, it's an expensive joke, and at the very least needs a complete rethink.
  9. Migration, both legal and illegal, need to be brought down drastically. The over population and change in our culture from mass immigration isn't a distraction, it's a real issue which affects everyone. I don't have faith in any of the parties to fix it, but Reform are the most likely.
  10. Been staying illegally for years. If only our government would get as serious about illegals.
  11. Jesus Christ, what a bunch of fucking clowns. 😄 You can just imagine the reaction if that was Farage/Reform.
  12. I can't believe so many want to persist with Archer as a lone striker. It's just as pointless as playing Armstrong. Archer either needs to play alongside Stewart or Downs or not at all. It's very early days so I'm not going to start panicking yet, but if we lose this there will be a lot of pressure on Still. Badly need to win and get the season moving.

Maybe you should ask muslims how they feel about marrying non-muslims 😂
  14. Been watching him for years and never heard him say anything racist. Then again pretty much anything is considered racist these days.
  15. I actually quite like it. I think like so many other projects it has stalled though, the site hasn't been touched since the gasometers were demolished. So it's possible it might have been sold again I suppose.
  16. Just seen the footage. Doesn't look good at all unfortunately.
  17. Princewill Ehibhatiomhan is on loan at Swindon. Juan Larios at Cultural Leonesa.
  18. Yes, to the usual derision on here. Good enough for Leverkusen but not Saints.
  19. Do we have the government we deserve this time?
  20. I agree, he's been a big disappointment. Lots of hype around him but to be frank, he's been awful. Not had a good game for us yet, albeit a small sample size. Hopefully he can turn it around but at the moment he's probably our 5th choice CB. One thing in his favour is that he's versatile.
  21. I really liked his interview. Comes across as a decent lad, humble and desperate to succeed. Also seems genuinely delighted to be here. Think he could become a fan favourite.
  22. Ben Yedder would do for a year!
  23. Ocean Village it is then. Good choice Leo.
  24. Gutted to lose Matty but have been resigned to it all summer. He was a shining light in a sea of shit last season, and top class attitude. Shame we got relegated and couldn't enjoy him for another couple of years. Just need to try and spend the money well to improve the team as a whole, which it now looks like we're doing. Thanks and good luck in your future career Matty.
