Sky reported today that Schneiderlin wants to play with France still. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11700/9021200/southampton-midfielder-morgan-schneiderlin-chasing-france-call-up These are the midfielders called up for the playoff match against Ukraine. Midfielders: Mathieu Valbuena, Franck Ribery, Paul Pogba, Blaise Matuidi, Yohan Cabaye, Samir Nasri, Clement Grenier, Rio Mavuba, Moussa Sissoko. A decent bit of competition there for Schneiderlin and as he has no CL experience, plays for Saints plus with Deschamps in charge, sadly he probably doesn't have a big chance of going to Brazil next summer. Who knows though as 3 years ago I never thought I would see Saints 3rd in the PL!

Did we not have all these same theories and questions after the last charge became public knowledge?

Come from Northern Ireland where everyone is a MUFC, Liverpool or Chelsea supporter. I moved to Southampton for university and ended up going to my first football match against QPR at the Dell. I was hooked after that match and would go to the Dell every home game, I got some funny looks being a woman and swearing at the ref in a broad Northern Irish accent! After uni I stayed for work for a few years and I got a season ticket when we moved to St Marys. I have since moved around quite a bit but now live in Berlin, Germany. I miss my trips to the games but at least I can watch the stream online, hopefully this coming season I will manage to get to a match.

Delgado, I still remember the (youtube) video during half time of some of his goals and thinking he would be great for Saints. Last time I seen him he was trying to get into a bar in Cardiff and claiming to be a saints player! The bouncer let me and the people I was with in and Delgado asked us if we were Saints fans, it wasn't so obvious to him with all the yellow we were wearing. When we told the bouncer we knew he was a Saints player he let him in, didn't stop most the saints fans from wondering why the useless p**k was there in the first place! The other was Leandre Griffit who scored on his debut and I had heard great things about only to be disappointed with the reality of him playing in 8 matches for us.

I remember sitting in the Itchen about 7 rows back near the bench and WGS starts swearing at a bad decision by the ref. He then notices there is a ball boy in his teens sat near the dug out and goes over to apologise about the swearing! The ball boy must have been a foot taller than WGS and kept saying it's ok but WGS wouldn't stop apologising!

He is the one saints player from the past I really wish I had seen play in person. RIP Ron.

First thing I thought of too!

I used this form for one of my old credit cards and got £1500 back, my mum has got back nearly 20k! The forms are very simple to fill in and there is plenty of free and good advice on the money saving expert website, if you sign up with a claims company you can pay up to 50% of anything you get back. Also my claim was with MBNA and they took less than a month to complete the claim. And for those wondering why I was daft enough to take the PPI out I was told by the bloke in the bank (Abbey as it was then and the credit card was taken over by MBNA) I had to or I wouldn't get the credit card.

Well this has got more twists and turns than a twisty turny thing. So it's either PST (miles more pages to go on this thread if that happens) or liquidation, don't know which I would prefer but it sure is fun watching this unfold or should that be unravel?

Which is also a very big possibility at Anfield!

I lived and worked in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington. Hated Auckland as the city centre or CBD as they call it, is very touristy and not very interesting. I lived in Christchurch twice and enjoyed it, but the last time was just before the first earth quake. Since then the CBD is nearly completely gone, the job and housing situation is pretty bad and they still get after shocks which can be unnerving. I loved living in Wellington, good bars, coffee shops and gigs. Plenty of places to get away from it all near by. Only downside was the weather as it can be very very windy. For places on the South Island I'd recommend Nelson as it has good weather, is near some really nice places including the Abel Tasman National Park, and there are plenty of fruit picking jobs if you are willing to do hard work. Dunedin is also cool but it is a student town so work can be hard to come by. There is also Queenstown which is very scenic but very touristy and expensive.

I can't watch MOTD any longer as they all make me think of old men sat in a pub saying "In my day that was never a booking." Gary Neville is a very good commentator, knows his stuff on the teams he is commentating on, considering how long he played for United doesn't seem to be too biased towards them and he makes the other commentators look like amateurs.

I worked there a couple of years ago for the season. Great powder snow and there are a couple of bars and restaurants on the hill so you can always get in a post ski drink. BW has a sister resort called Silver Star, also in BC, which has a bit more steep and deep stuff if you are into it. That part of BC has plenty of hills to choose from if you fancy a road trip.
