Agree that the Chapel should become our KOP! but think the only way this will happen is if we are encouraged/forced into that stand. The club would have to upset a fair number of fans in doing so but i am sure it would be worth it in the long term. A few ideas: 1. Dont sell any season tickets for the Northam stand. 2. Allow ex Northam stand season ticket holders 1st choice of seats in the chapel and maybe some other incentives, discount maybe. 3. Relocate the wheelchair sections (halfway up the chapel)and utilise the areas to encourage singing (drums,flags,horns,etc etc). 4. Get large banners fixed to the clear plastic at the back of the stand. 5. Get whole stadium to sing 'OWTS' slowly as the team come on to the pitch, utilising the tannoy to get it started. I know these ideas will upset many supporters, but these are all just ideas/suggestions! Wot ya reckon?

You don't doubt there were hangers on, so if these hangers on were getting paid then is that not the same as milking the club. It doesn't have to be for huge sums of money, just not really working for it! I have no doubt there were hangers on, some of which were probably milking the club! who they were and how much money was envolved i know not.

Just because someone gets paid to do a job does not mean they are doing it and adding value! I think NC has enough financial experience to make a fair judgement on whether it is good value or not! If you were swinging the lead at work, would you be to blame or your employer? Any true ambassador for the club should really want to ensure that their club gets good value for their services, if not then we are better of without them!

+1 I know NC may not have made 100% the correct decisions, but show me a chairman that has! I think NC is doing a bloody good job overall and i intend to support him(not blindly) but i will support him even when we dont know all the finer details. Can you imagine all the nit picking that would go on if we were told all the details about every decision/plan made. It could also be commercial suicide with certain info.

I am actually glad NC is trying to deal with these issues, there is always going to be persons/organisations out to make a few quid out of our club by causing unrest. I fully support NC in trying to protect (not picking fights) us as much as possible, it's not easy!

SRS also sent me PM's, wanting to meet up or find out personel info about me. All this was just so he could then use it in personel insults. He got very frustrated when i wouldn't give him the time of day, he actually rated himself as clever. laughable!

I cant believe you are so pessimistic! If we get promoted this season that would give us three season's in the championship to get back to the promised land. With the current progress/support/backing at the club, that goal is not guaranteed but well achievable!

If this ever got approved it would be the best solution to having our own end (seeing as the police will not allow away fans to be moved from Northam), create the safe standing in the Chapel and i am sure plenty would move there (i would) and create a great atmosphere, would prob be good to have some sort of age restriction to ensure very small children are not at risk.

Must admit i will be very interested in how it will pan out.

There has never been a Fans Forum where all questions have been answered as persons would have liked. Some people will just have a question about a question about a question and then still not be satisfied with the answer! An answer does not always mean that you will be satisfied with what you are told. The Fans ask the questions they want, the club gives the answers it wants.

Would be nice to have a balance and we have had that in the past. I do think though at present if either the club or the echo don't get what they want in terms of communication the balance is thrown out the window. The official site will always be 'Pro Cortese' it would be utter madness to be anything less. The Echo will continue to be 'Anti Cortese' whilst it doesn't get the answers it wants/when it wants them from the club. Shame that this is the position as i used to like reading the Echo sport, but now access the OS for the news. Am sure this will rumble on a while but can only see the situation changing if the Echo go cap in hand (as Cortese has the upper hand) to see how they can help resolve the stance.
