Verbal, remember the saying "From little acorns mighty oaks do grow" ? The UK is far far too tolerant of these idiots whom if left alone ( appeasement ) will gradually get more and more supporters. They will not be thinking a few months or even a few years ahead they will be planning long term. Thank God I won't be around in 40 - 50 years to see the state of the UK then.

LAKE SELIGER, Russia (Reuters) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin accused the United States Monday of living beyond its means "like a parasite" on the global economy and said dollar dominance was a threat to the financial markets. "They are living beyond their means and shifting a part of the weight of their problems to the world economy," Putin told a Kremlin youth group while touring its summer camp north of Moscow. http://nz.news.yahoo.com/a/-/world/9955524/putin-says-u-s-is-a-parasite-on-global-economy/ Strong words against the U.S.

I bet he wished he was in the Royal Navy rather than the NZ Navy The Herald understands Commander John William Butcher, in charge of the $540 million frigate HMNZS Te Mana, has been stood down while the Defence Force investigates claims made about his behaviour when the ship was docked at Port Vila, Vanuatu, last week. Alcohol is believed to be a factor - one source described Commander Butcher as "being drunk in charge of a soup spoon" at an official function. Full story :- http://msn.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=10742376 Delldays and his mates must also be pleased they aren't in NZ Navy.

He does appear to talk a lot of sence so he won't be allowed to get too far in the murky world of the UK Political machine will he ?

Yes he is:- The £3 million player – who featured in the Manchester City youth team and has also turned out for Norwich – was arrested after an incident in the Rhyl area of North Wales on May 31. Both the accused men will appear before Prestatyn magistrates on August 8. North Wales Police confirmed the charges. England will face Montenegro, Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, and San Marino in Group H when they bid to qualify for the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil. Scotland and Wales were drawn together in Group A, and will play Croatia, Serbia, Belgium, and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Northern Ireland are up against Portugal, Russia, Israel, Azerbaijan and Luxembourg in Group F. Only group winners are guaranteed a place at the tournament. With 13 places available in Brazil for European teams, the eight-best second-placed teams will play-off against each other to go through. Oh I thought this was going to be a thread about that old "comedy" prog from years ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2kilgacltk&feature=related I really disliked that prog but my mother loved to watch it so I avoided visiting when it was on.

Water really is everywhere. Two teams of astronomers, each led by scientists at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), have discovered the largest and farthest reservoir of water ever detected in the universe. Looking from a distance of 30 billion trillion miles away into a quasar—one of the brightest and most violent objects in the cosmos—the researchers have found a mass of water vapor that's at least 140 trillion times that of all the water in the world's oceans combined, and 100,000 times more massive than the sun. Because the quasar is so far away, its light has taken 12 billion years to reach Earth. http://esciencenews.com/articles/2011/07/22/caltech.led.astronomers.discover.largest.and.most.distant.reservoir.water.yet .

Well today we sold our Holden 3.8 V6 VR Commodore Acclaim which we had owned for 16 years, 2 months and 2 days. It had done 169,607 Kilometers which is approx 106,000 miles, seems strange going into our garage and not seeing it. What is the longest you have owned your car ? .

Some Very interesting stuff about Narita airport being a very difficult at times airport to land at and also some Very interesting stuff about Korean Airlines. I was extremely ever unlikely to fly with them but after reading through the 4 pages I will never ever fly with them now. ( The forum pages are not as long as on here btw ) http://www.pprune.org/rumours-news/458014-koreanair-a380-tail-strike-nrt.html .

Driving a school bus, only lasted 2 weeks. The bus demist didn't work so trying to keep the windscreen clear was a nightmare. The kids helped by wiping one part whilst I did the part in front of me. Totally illegal as kids were not allowed to be level or in front of the driver. Was told to fill a milk bottle with hot water and place it on the dash. The drivers seat was loose and 2nd gear didn't work so on part of the trip 1st was to low and 3rd was to high.Decided that I wouldn't risk kids lives in such a dangerous bus I would never have been able to face the parents if we had crashed and some had been hurt.Max load was about 54 kids of all ages and about 10 were allowed to stand up during the run. 4 weeks after I left they scrapped that bus.
