  1. 5 ex Saints on the pitch now, this could be billed as the ex Saints final
  2. 4 Ex Saints now on the pitch for the dippers
  3. Wish he'd just p!ss off and take Ralph with him too
  4. https://www.premierleague.com/players/10079/Nick-Pope/stats?co=1&se=79 https://www.premierleague.com/players/4640/Jordan-Pickford/stats?se=79&co=1 https://www.premierleague.com/players/4634/Jack-Butland/stats?co=1&se=79 https://www.premierleague.com/players/4573/Alex-McCarthy/stats?co=1&se=79
  5. Wiining young player of the year is nothing really for an aging side like Everton there are hardly any young players anyway, He has made some big mistakes notably at Burnley where he cost them the game, i'd go with Nick Pope personally who has been consistant all season with better stats and helped them qualify for the Europa league against the odds beating Everton who were expected to fill that spot, the table and stats don't lie
  6. Although it refreshing to see some new young players with promise in the squad notably Harry Maguire, Alexander-Arnold & Rashford I fear big team bias and naive team selection is at work here.......we'll be lucky to make it out the group......the Iceland result in the Euro's last time out is still a painful memory for many England fans, think seeing that squad we'll see another result like that soon..... John Stones (terrible positioning when defending set pieces and prone to giving away the odd penalty with reckless tackles he couldn't get a regular game for City this season) Jordan Pickford (selected on the back of his potential but is overated in my opinion he has only 2 senior England caps had a mare of a season at Everton shipping a load of goals and making some glaring mistakes too) Danny Rose (Has talent but has barely played this season surely Ryan Bertrand deserved his chance more than him having played nearly all season, a prime example of big team bias at work here). Danny Welbeck (an Injury liabilty, with no pace and woeful finishing) and to top it all off just how did Bompey's Lewis Cook who has played once for the England senior team made the standby list is beyond a joke. Still at least Lallana isn't in (at the moment anyway) that selection would of been totally out of order Should be an interesting World Cup, just don't hold your breath
  7. Gutless, Leicester were there for the taking and half our players bottled it, shocking
  8. Hughes tactics look spot on today by the look of it, much better
  9. Great news but should of been alot sooner, we may just may have a chance now....... hope it's Silva the've lined up
  10. In his post match interview i couldn't believe this statement "We have to show the spirit and that's the biggest problem today. I have not seen one game this season like this at all" Well i'm don't know what games he's been watching but i'm sure you'll all agree there are plenty this season that we've shown little or no spirit partlically at home and down to the training, team selection and tactics he imparts onto the team. forgive me but isn't it his job to instill belief and spirit into the team little evidence of that and this is also confirmed by PEH's interview too he seems p!ssed at the lack of fighting spirit too MoPo is a guy is in total denia and he needs to be put out of his misery for the sake of the club
  11. Sounds like the WHU fans have had enough, laying siege to the directors box at the London stadium with bottles of p!ss being aimed at Gold and Sullivan
  12. Can't believe we've not used subs yet to at least bring on Sims and change formation this guy is utterly clueless, what is the point in playing 1up chasing a 2-0 deficit???? it's mind boggling
  13. what a load of old sh!t
  14. Mourinho said the same about Luke Shaw's fitness when he joined Man Utd
  15. Sims and Gabbi need to start games and Tadic and Redmond need to be benched
  16. Delph off for city now.... could be interesting now
  17. If my some miraculous miracle manage to avoid relegation I would quite expect Krueger to come out and front up to the fans to say what a vindication it was keeping MoPe in his job on the other hand if we do go down I hope he rots in hell.......also looks like poor Lesile wasn't invited to this....must be the scapegoat they have planned to take the fall
  18. Clyne won't be playing any time soon has a serious back problem, also doubt Lallana will as he is struggling with injury & fitness recently and behind now behind Salah in the pecking order and also Lovren who usually is the main target for our fans taunting when playing them will also miss out if VVD and Matip are fit to play, expect much of our attention will be directed at VVD anyway after the way he behaved
  19. Everton Losing 3-0 against Arsenal after 20mins.......could we now go on a run and catch them? that would certainly give Theo some something to think about if we did
  20. imagine if we'd have beaten Brighton last Weds we would of been right out of it now, just hope we don't rue those dropped points at the end of the season, just need to keep it going now, agree we others here Lemina must stay in the side
  21. Brilliant day this we win, skates lose, then 'pool and the money grabbers lose with one of our rivals picking up loads of injuries in the process, sweet
  22. A madness knee jerk reaction from Watford which could now send them down, if we want to stay up we need to act fast GET MARCO IN NOW!!!
  23. I know but seeing sides close to us lose by heavy margins and not pulling out a significant points gap might just spark a revival in our players to get us out of this mess, i know it seems impossible to even get 1 point against Spurs tomorrow but you never know......
