We've gotta be favourites for the drop next season unless things improve drastiically, the fact is our squad and manager are just not good enough to compete in this league if RH survives the inquest into the end of this season from our new owner i would be suprised, he has to take the majority of the blame for how he have performed and by sheer fluke we have mannaged to stay up due to other teams being marginally worse

I also think the coaching staff must take as much repsonsibilty for our poor form as Ralph, we need a major overhaul not only with the manager but with the backroom staff, I'm sorry to say Kelvin Davis and Dave Watson must be replaced as they appear to offer nothing in terms of improving the team as far as I can see. if anything we seem to have gone backwards, hopefully if Ralph does the decent thing and goes at the end of the season or the board call time on him the whole backroom staff will be replaced also

Really hope Ralph does the decent thng and pisses off at the end of the season, enough is enough, he's taken us as far as he can and there is no sign of any improvement its time for someone else who at least has a few plans on what to do to actually tatically win games and get the best out of players we have, if he doen't leave just hope the board and the new owners have the balls to do something about it and also spend some money on some decent players would help too and we don't have to suffer some of the medioce second rate dross that we currently have running round on the pitch

This has all the hallmarks of Ralph leaving at the end of the season, he just can't seem improve us any more or get the tatics right when it counts, if he doesn't go it will be interesting to see our new owners assessment of him this season as Dyche was shown the door by Burnley in my view Ralph is far worse given the squad he has

I can't see Broja signing permanently and certainly not in January, Tuchel has already said its too soon and he has a contract with Chelsea until 2026 so it's gonna take a big fee in the summer to prise him away. Knowing what a c**t Tuchel is he will probably just keep him for the hell of it as i'm sure there will be many other clubs willing to pay alot more than we will offer even with any new increased takeover transfer kitty money, but if they manage to bag Haaland or another top striker who knows?, It looks like we will be stuck with the dud Championship fodder Adam Armstrong, just hope he comes good in the end like Che did

Ralph did exactly the same with Obafemi and it resulted in him going to Swansea when he fell out of favour and wasn't selected, i know Tella has miles better potential than Oba ever did and he has looked a threat when he does play, but if he's just not been given the opportunities to show his talent, what else can he do??, i'd expect Ralph (if still here by then) to send him out on loan in January if he doesn't get game time, Ralph needs to play him ASAP and drop Walcott he has been terrible since signing that pernanant deal (deja vue with the Saganowski deal back in the championship in 2007).

Horseman has to go surely, we've been awful all season so far and with the players with potential at his disposal we should at least be on par with the oppo's, there has been no sign of any improvement at all and points to a complete lack of coaching ability.
