  1. If this is true, fantastic news. Sounded like Everton were quite close, so it'd be great to get one over them
  2. Yeh I reckon he'll change his number
  3. Goalkeeper kit available on the store too. I quite like the Blue/silver combination
  4. It's not as bad as it looks tbh, it has grown on me. This is one for The9 - do the regulations require the sleeves to be plain in the same way as the backs do?
  5. The problem with France is the manager. They need a world class manager in the dugout.
  6. I don't like the red and black socks.
  7. Fonte starting too
  8. Oakley or Ostenstad then
  9. December looks tough I'd say.
  10. I don't think you can edit posts as a registered user
  11. B - Beattie F - Fonte K - Keegan N - Niemi O - Ormerod P - Pahars S - Stokes I know others have proposed others for those letters, I'm just putting alternatives out there so it can be debated. I'd also argue Le Tissier should go under T, and put Lambert at L Managers - A for Adkins, K for Koeman
  12. I really hope this is a wind up, because that kit is horrible.
  13. Wimbledon at home. Winnable tie. No doubt their thicko fans will still sing "you've never won **** all" at them
  14. Carabao Cup draw taking place now. Hopefully they get an easy opponent and will progress to the Second Round. Please let us play them this season footballing gods.
  15. BBC solent says Saints are playing Derby at Pride Park in July
  16. No, Sky and BT will choose the five games that involve the big six teams, they always do. If Burnley are out of Europe by then, it'll be the Saturday, if they're still involved it'll be moved to the Sunday. We'll only know on the 2nd August what day we'll play on, unless the Premier League decide to move it to the Sunday anyway to save the fans hassle.
  17. Leicester. Last three games are Arsenal, Man City and Chelsea
  18. If we did bid to be a World Cup host city, I would say our main competitors would be Brighton. But their lack of airport would probably hurt them. I think the fact that we're in the Premier League now and Les Reed has connections with the FA might see us included.
  19. There's a joint Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay bid, and strong rumours that UEFA will jointly back an England bid too. Financially, any bid from England (maybe with added stadiums in Wales and Scotland) would make FIFA more of a profit, and that's what they will probably base their decision on. 16 venues too, so I reckon there's a strong chance St Mary's would be included as one of the stadiums.
