  1. The referee is Anthony Taylor, the same one in the Chelsea v West Ham match atm
  2. Anyone know how much we sold him for?
  3. They worked out what the problem was ages ago, it's an FA/EFL/Sky conspiracy.
  4. If it's true that we're holding firm then that's good news. Fonte can either accept the club's decision and focus on the football or throw his toys out of the pram and ruin his reputation amongst our fans. The ball is in our court though. If Man Utd want him that badly then they can pay for it, £20M would do.
  5. I hope we provide a better test than Bournemouth have done
  6. Man Utd have loads of money, anything less than £20M is an insult. If they want him that much than they can pay it, no problem.
  7. I will be on a plane over the Atlantic when we play so I hope I arrive stateside to news of a Saints victory
  8. It's the same people over and over again. There's nothing wrong with being critical and there is plenty to be critical about. But they're just fishing for a reaction.
  9. The usual trolls are out in force. It's best not to bite, just ignore derry and saint lard, they're trying to wind you up.
  10. I think there are more positives than negatives to take from this match, particularly the second half. Cedric was awful, midfield improved when Hojbjerg came on and Pied looked lively. Austin should've come on earlier.
  11. It'll be interesting to see how we do on Friday against a team who doesn't park the bus.
  12. Pied did more when he came on than Cedric in the entire match, who had an absolute shocker
  13. I'd put Austin on. We lack a focal point up front. Hojberg on too. We improved as the game went on, hopefully we can pull it back. To be fair, Watford have defended very well so far.
  14. I agree, I look at the side and I'm feeling positive. If it doesn't work then moan after the match but the team is being written off before we've even started
  15. Their big money signing Success is out injured
  16. There are two kick off times - one at 6pm and the other at 8.05pm, and they have multiple channels so there is no excuse not to.
  17. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/20160813-southampton-tv-selections-october-november-3243920.aspx So the game at Arsenal in September will be the last time we play on a Saturday until the 19th November against Liverpool!
  18. Below Three Leagues
  19. I can't understand what he is saying when he is speaking English. He should stick to speaking in French because I would much easily get what he is saying.
  20. Is there necessarily any correlation to more away fans = a home defeat for us? The club will make more money by selling food/drink in the concourses, the city's economy will benefit by more people visiting, it's a good thing and hopefully other clubs will do the same.
  21. Lol at twitter, of course after the third Coventry goal, they all now 'don't care' about this 'pointless cup'
  22. Apparently there was a bit of an argument between the player fouled and the main penalty taker, as the player who was fouled wanted to take the penalty himself. Good to see that the training camp in Ireland did wonders for team harmony.
  23. Pompey in front, thanks to a dodgy penalty. Looks like the referee is on their side.
  24. No excuses not to win this match, there's no crowd to be intimidated by
