That's a shame, it also means he's ruled out taking the Portsmouth job forever then
-
Chelsea away atmosphere will be good. Sulemana hat trick incoming
-
Our next 2 home games (Grimsby and Leicester) are live on TV, so if fans wanted to do something before/after the game, that's the time
-
I want Bruno Lage. It won't be pretty but he'll sort the defence out.
-
Branfoot before my time. Pellegrino was horrific, took a top half side to relegation candidate and we've never recovered. Nathan Jones however is far, far worse.
-
Chelsea away end will be lively for sure

I honestly don't think we'll sack him even if we lose. The board will have taken note of Leeds and their difficulty to get their managerial targets. He's here to the end of the season come what may.
-
With the greatest of respect... if JWP and the manager have a disagreement, there is only going to be one person who the board will side with.
-
Genuinely considering whether I can get out of bed and go today.
-
Yeah we need to inform Grimsby that Southampton is a fish-free zone
-
I don't feel that strongly to start rioting on the High Street lol The chants on Saturday were loud enough. The board know how we feel.
-
This is like a cup final for them. Wouldn't be surprised if they took a load of fans with them.
-
Last time we played them was 1978!

I don't think it will get that nasty unless we lose. The Forest game it did kick off a fair bit but only after the final whistle. If we're 2 or more goals down I'd expect the atmosphere to take a turn during the game.
-
If we can make a profit on him, sell sell sell
-
Supposedly they showed Rasmus some of the Twitter polls on Jones

I'm bringing my white hankerchiefs to the game on Saturday

Marsch sacked at Leeds and our spineless board dither
Pamplemousse replied to Andrew Watson's topic in The Saints
Here's a thought. Leeds interview a couple of candidates. They go for their preferred choice. Before their game, we sack Jones, and we hire the second choice, who goes to Elland Road with a point to prove and we thrash them. -
Not long to go until 100 pages

What has the board seen in the league games (6 defeats from 7) that make them think Jones will turn around our form? What was Jones referring to when he said he had compromised on his principles in listening to outside voices? Have the board been interfering? Will Dragan Solak continue to invest in the club if we get relegated? Why are our talented youth prospects leaving the club? And finally, when are we getting new screens?
-
We need answers from the board tomorrow
-
Cortese would never have gone near someone like Nathan Jones
-
The bullying thing is nonsense anyway. Newcastle fans towards Pardew were for example were far more vitriolic. We hadn't reached the stage of printing off banners etc.

The Pompey double administration days were cracking on here

Tickets go on sale this week. The game is advertised as being played on Saturday 11 March at 3pm, but if Man Utd win their Europa League game against Barcelona and progress, the game will get moved to the Sunday 12 March as a result. I haven't seen this mentioned by the club so thought it would be good to highlight it before anyone sorts out travel/hotels etc. or can't go on a Sunday.
