  1. Top Wiziwig works for me for now, not the best quality though
  2. We don't persist with Fox... We can't just throw something even less talented in the deep end when Shaw is getting burnt out (he's 17, it's harsh to make him go for every game)
  3. Oh yeah forgot about that, need to keep heads down and not worry about this till next year when it's too late for clubs to steal them off us!!
  4. Because he's not *that* good... More concerned with Morg having an amazing season and Welbeck getting a look in instead!
  5. ^^ HAHA! Rodriguez does sound gloomy and northern... JWP is the most well spoken player at the club!
  6. Out of interest but why does anyone like Loftus Road?!? QPR made exactly no noise when we went there, the facilities were on a par with Gillingham (apart from the luxury of a roof) and its in a stupid place... Plus the view was only good for about 5/6's of the fans. Similar problem to craven cottage but at at least had very efficient beer guys at the bottom
  7. Was on FM10
  8. Signed him on FM10 as Saints (back when FM was more fun) and he was a mental winger, fast and strong broke the game... More recent ones he's a tank in midfield, Chaplow's bite with Richardson's talent as a front sweeper and the strength of a well fed ox. Back to reality, looked good on the obligatory youtube video (complete with insultingly bad music) and at least fits the model of players we try to sign, young, lots to prove in a big stage and he has a plus of a few more international caps (though last summer we signed 3 players who were already international regulars so maybe the profile needs updating). So I say SIGN HIM UP!
  9. The media hate us and its all because they love "Arry
  10. Every team in the premier league and champ is "bigger than us" Our transfer policy is all wrong there's no squad depth, we should have signed more back up. Players like Gaston Ramirez will never sign for us. Protesting the sacking of Adkins was a brilliant idea if we all came out and booed constantly to tell the monster in charge who is boss. Card season tickets are really over the top and we never needed them at all and its far too complex for the average football fan The ticket office can competently implement a loyalty points system
  11. We will be safe what ever happens. Swansea 2-2 West Brom 2-1 win Spurs 3-2 win Sunderland 2-1 loss Stoke 2-0 win probably relegate them as well Sunderland look reinvigorated and Spurs just seem to be trailing off quite a bit again.
  12. Lets get in Nathan Chalobah who's having a great season on loan at Watford and then probably wont break into Chelsea's first team because they have no system to do that. Or Tom Ince (provided his dad stays away in management)
  13. Is this the game of how many players can we sign up long term before the club thinks Boruc needs one?? On the plus Stephens staying about for the future is pretty exciting!

    McDermott gone

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22107062 Officially got the Leeds job. Best comment on there is "Wasn't he the bear from Bo Selecta?"
  15. I believe, mostly as the enjoyment is back into football again. L1 and the champ were loads of fun, mostly because as a side we were surprisingly better (champ especially) but the first half of the prem was getting harder and harder to enjoy. Other than the QPR home game I have really enjoyed our football again under Pochettino. So long as we keep playing like this we will go far.
  16. I feel he's embarrassed because he's had to address this weeks prediction with all of the criticism, not nearly as much to do with performances really...
  17. It was 14 losses in a row, a premier league record.... Amused he's taken it to heart though and felt so embarrassed!
  18. Wasn't here born here but went south at the age of 5 or 6?? (can only guess the Everton thing is a family thing) Best bit: "If someone was to say that I'd end my career playing for Southampton in the Premier League then I'd snap your hand off for it."
  19. I assume their higher positive play points are from being behind more and having to attack to try and get anything...
  20. We always need ball boys these days...
  21. OP owes me internets for not including these warnings!
  22. Thought all games on the last day were 4pm to make it interesting??
  23. Urm my objection to a state funeral isn't on overall cost, its the completely random way in which state funerals are handed out, I don't see how a PM that divides a nation/state/country/commonwealth somehow deserves one...
  24. Schneiderlin and Clyne for me, but with Lambert and Shaw in stupidly close second for both awards. Schneiderlin has just turned it on this season with so many excellent midfield performances (facilitated by Cork) plus a good few goals and a real passion for playing. Lambert has arguably been more influential going forward but over the season as a whole for me it is Schneiderlin. Young player of the season is Clyne for having about 4 or 5 real MOTM type performances at RB, his tackling is close the bench mark a premier league player should strive for and generally he has had an excellent season massively improving on his earlier deficiencies in positioning and dealing with high balls. Shaw has also come on leaps and bounds since that pretty poor performance against Stevenage but he is still 17 and it shows through a bit and I feel Clynes season has overall been better.
