He really wasn't all that, poor tackling, gave the ball away passing to Seaborne, isn't ready as a LB. Was very good going forward though when he put the effort in. Give him a few years to develop though as some pressure right now will ruin his career.

First no chance, 2nd he shouldn't have let get on the post, 3rd would have been world class if he stopped. He's saved 2 pen's this year and just needs to be a little better with his kicking. He's not the worst keeper in the league (Federici looks to be having a nightmare of a season so far) but he's not a long term option

Morg was excellent but Ward-Prowse has to be Motm today, 90 mins of being an absolute work horse, was great on the ball, great off it and Lambert should have taken one less touch to put him in for 3-1. Cannot wait to see him play now Oh and Punch turned into a world class player for the first 65 mins, no idea why he shot just before he was subbed though, but was really exciting to watch!

Right someone needs to throw a shoe at Adkins! We were playing so well but I just can't see why we are resorting to the age old tactic of "play people out of position to confuse the opposition", Rodriguez CATEGORICALLY CANNOT PLAY ON THE LEFT! It depresses me. Guly isn't a top notch right winger, he's better in the middle. The new guy just isn't a holding striker, he's not big enough. Someone needs to sit our Nige down and explain that Rodriguez clearly looks like he could have done exactly the same thing Lambert was doing, that would have been fine, could have pushed for a 3rd. The new guy I thought could do the wide stuff, if he can't worst signing as his holding play wasn't right. Guly could have done Lamberts role and Lee could have gone out wide to freshen up the attack. Bugs me that basic common sense seems to be overruled for the dream of how to get everyone on the pitch! On the plus our midfield completely outclassed theirs! JWP, Morg and Steven with Punch and Lallana on the wings were MILES better than United's mess. They only solved it bringing on a slugish Paul Scholes. I can see why so many united fans are worried. Our back line could just do with a bucket of composure, Jos can be a little rash but he is our best CB by a mile. Fonte just seems too overawed when we get to 80 mins and its frustrating. Fox OUT! Should have spent any amount of money on someone who can close players down, track back and not RUIN THE DAY. Shame as he tries hard and makes some good tackles. Clyne BUY OF THE SEASON, some sort of statue needs to be put up for everyone who sorted out him signing. Very amused at how rubbish Evra was and how Rafael was even more abysmal. Just need to put some effort in to sorting out all the average mistakes that gave a very off colour RVP an incredibly undeserved hattrick. Oh and we are going to be fending off £8-9m bids for the work horse of JWP from United come christmas. I had him as Man of the Match for being good on the ball but more importantly being the model box-to-box midfielder at 17!!!!

I heard he got a call from the saints head scout looking to get him in for a short term contract as first choice. He wasn't pleased when the saints = St Albans city....

Good move overall, wouldn't be fair to have him hardly making the bench and he still got a couple of prem appearances. He should do very well over the coming season with Forest. Will be keeping a keen eye on Forest this season now too

Just sell him, Forest are rich and we can pull their pants down for 4-5m for him. He's a good poacher, very good in the champ but I have my doubts he can bring his a-game to the premier league. His movement isn't top class and he's not the quickest plus the pecking order for strikers has been reshaped a lot with 4-3-3 this season (he's best in the middle and is 3rd/4th choice for that roll and has a similar fight for a spot on the right). Shame, nice guy and a decent player, but if we get a decent offer hands should be bitten off

I wish he could have done that video in the championship last year, would have more hair and a better sounding voice after all the times everyone has had to scream at him running then doing nothing with the ball.

Can only assume the money is facilitating the move, completely agree they are probably going to be paid to upgrade a player leaving Villa looking very very stupid (can't imagine we are asking a massive amount for Deano).

Perfect move for him, did a good job when called upon last season (forgetting his sending off against Reading). Better than L1 when we were there and a good captain of the club. He knows he wont get much of a look in this season so it will be good for him to take a first team role at CAFC (especially of dale stephens leaving for villa is true).
