Last season's D&R away kit....

This feels like a club where anyone from the players to the 'behind the scenes' staff can make a name for themselves. Am I suffering from blind optimism or does being a Saints fan feel like a privileged position now?

So..... ....having lived on the Isle of Wight for the past three seasons and not had a season ticket (worked too much at weekends to justify it), have now moved to the Midlands (Coventry) and got one. Not very logical but there you go. Anyway if anyone travels to games from the Midlands and wanted to share travel costs/take turns driving etc. for games let me know!

I've been chatting to a fair amount of 'itk' Celtic fans this week. They told me Wanyama is on £30k a week at Saints.

He wouldn't get paid much (relatively). Wanyama was on £5k a week. Hooper is on £14k. There highest earner is Scott Brown on £18k.

Hmmm.... Millwall took 44,159. I thought we took more than that.

Anyone know what the exact official attendance by Saints fans is.... Skates telling me Millwall took more to L1 Playoff final, but i'm sure we got the official record?

I had a convo on twitter with some Celtic fans suggesting Sharp would be a decent replacement for Hooper (who looks certain to be off). This morning 'The People' are suggesting that they are after him. Not suggesting they picked it up from my convo, but funny coincidence. Anyway, be funny after all that 'too good for Saints' stuff if they sign a player that can't even get on our bench. Think he would score hatfuls up there though, would be a great move for him.

Always disliked Lennon, but he has had nothing but praise for Saints throughout. Gone up in my estimations. I think he is a realist unlike most Celtic fans.

I had Fulham down for relegation this season. Guess they will splash some cash now. So could be different. With this, and Norwich's brilliant summer business reckon we will see a mainstay drop in the coming season. Newcastle? Sunderland? Stoke?

The player has made it pretty clear that he doesn't want to come here, not sure why we are still pursuing it. Would be a great signing, but how interested would he be?
