Indeed, was just in the throws of trying it with another browser, ta.

Premierleaguepass is being quite jerky for me... it's fine when i use the multiscreen, but for just one game it's been jerky. Anyone else? (Watching via Unotelly)

Go on then, I'm in.

Best thing about the Garmin press release (http://garmin.blogs.com/ukpr/2014/08/garmin-teams-up-with-southampton-football-club.html#.U-3rTMVdXTp) is the "Notice on forward-looking statements"... I think Saints should attach this to the bottom of all interviews and statements from now on, especially those with Les Reed.

Dixon/Speedie?

Same here, awaiting to hear about London. If I don't get in, (unlikely in my first year in the ballot) then I'll do this.

Good work VFFT.

In case you hadn't noticed GM, the (very valid) discussion was about depression, not specifically about Robin Williams.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28755737 Will be interesting to see how he gets on, and also what kind of reception he gets at various places!

A great scene from a great film, delivered by a great actor.

I do wonder if alpine had received a glowing reference for the player, if he would've posted it? Sorry Alps... can't help wonder though.

Lovren Head Joke v4.1035 Better than the 'Liverpool Buy Everything From Southampton Joke' which is struggling past v1.3.

A slow burner that one... needs watching a couple of times to get the depth to his performance IMO, perhaps because we're so used to not seeing that side of him. The most tragic thing is that I think there was a lot of personal truth in that performance too.

Save yourself the bother - most of these judgements aren't based on any subjective analysis, just an emotional gut reaction to all that has happened in the last few months.

It was a JWP selfie with Maya in the background, but tweeted on Gareth Bale's twitter account... obviously a management f*ck up. Same pic now appers on JWP's twitter.

My prediction of 12th is based on us making more signings and everything that I think will happen between now and the end of the season... don't see much point making a prediction based on how things are at this exact moment in time when it is obvious we're trying to make more signings.

It seems only an Android app is available at present. On the app page on Google it clearly says: "Guests can order their refreshments in advance of the event, or (providing internet access is available) during the event they are attending." - could be interesting depending on the network you're on... I always struggle to get connection during a game.

From the qjacker website: Which would suggest not needing any paper to be printed etc, given the 'save a tree' comment...?

You simply said that the idea of ordering away from the ground was ridiculous... nothing about HAVING to. If that were the case then yes, I would agree that it would be silly if that were a requirement, but I would amazed if that were the case... I'm the majority of users would do either as they were arriving, or during the first half.
-
IF you like to eat or drink at the ground, and IF it works well, then it's clearly not a ridiculous idea... it's one that saves a lot of time. I won't use it (on the few occasions I get to St Mary's), but I can see the merit of it, IF it works.

Think there was a thread doing this already, but not sure... needs a poll really to keep track. I'm sticking with 12th anyway.

Fonte is rapidly becoming the modern day Claus IMO... dependable sidekick to whoever happens to be alongside him, who usually gets most of the plaudits. Claus went through it with Ken Monkou, Dean Richards, Michael Svensson... they were more noticeable because they tended to get stuck in more, but Claus went about his business just fine. He too was often felt to not be good enough for the top level, but several managers stuck by him as partners came and went. Losing Lovren was a big loss, and by all accounts we're worse off as a result, but if one of the two rumoured signings come in, I'm sure in time we'll be fine, and that will be down in no small part to Fonte.

Aksium. Another recommendation from a friend for the Whyte Dorset - as I intend to commute on it year round, the disc brakes apparently much better?

MLG is like the cheaper, mass-produced modern day equivalent of Manzo. Hell, even I used to do FM stats for a short while after Manzo (or was it before? I can't remember now), but you don't hear me go on about it...
