They have a chip on their shoulder the size of a 2 x 4, but I dont think the people are intrinsically racist. However, in the best ultra-nationalist opportunist traditions, made legend by Hitler and Mussolini to name but two, that fat c**ting Pie-Face is whipping up racist sentiment. Of course, he will argue is not racism because it is only directed against the English.

Should Brighton be investigated for Saturdays game ?
alpine_saint replied to alpine_saint's topic in The Saints
Well, me too. Every team has the occasional brain-fart of a game like that. But the timing...doesnt feel coincidental. -
Rolls Royce Merlin - the sound of freedom. I really wonder what condition these planes will be in. I also wouldnt be surprised if there are other such caches through the old colonies. I remember back in August 2009 sitting in the little park by the side of the Royal Yachting Club in Cowes. Was the weekend of the Bournemouth Airshow, and the BBMF flew by about 100m out from the shore. After they went I realise I had to pick my jaw up off the ground.. For all you fans - the BBMF will do a fly over of Southampton on 15th August and.... I understand that it will be based for its days flying schedue on the 19th August....at Southampton Airport. http://www.raf.mod.uk/bbmf/rafcms/mediafiles/19A77756_5056_A318_A8B89077B6E19832.xls

That wasnt a "bit sh*t", that was criminally sh*t, apparently. -
Should Brighton be investigated for Saturdays game ?

I thought I explained that in my post. I was inviting a discussion about it, and as per usual its turned into abuse. Why are we really so reluctant to consider the possibility that we get aggressive ? Are we worried about what it says about the game or the nation ? Look, there is SERIOUS F**KING MONEY riding on promotion to the PL. Everything else is secondary. -
Really, seriously gents, shouldnt we give up this fixation and worry about ourselves ? PFC is very likely history, and could well be 2 divisions below us next season if not. Do you guys obsess about Totton or Eastleigh ???

Seriously. I havent seen it, but I've picked up on a few comments about just how bad it was. I know Wham must have been pumped up after Friday's defeat for us, but even that doesnt explain the scoreline, imo. People can argue that Brighton still had a chance of a play-off place, but how often does 6th place win the playoffs ? Everyone knows how much of a lottery it is, which is why we are so desperate to avoid it. And quite frankly, I trust Poyet about as far as I can throw him. With my little finger. If it was thrown, the evidence must be out there somewhere, and if it EVER got traced back to Wham, I would throw them out of the League for good, after the Tevez business. *cue lunatic comments, because of course it NEVER happens.....*

LOL. Dune is so stuck in a timewarp. If you want to know what defines the British nowadays mate, I suggest you recall some of the following : The Royal Navy surrending to a poxy Iranian gun-boat in the Gulf and allowing themselves to be televised spilling the beans about everything How the US Navy turns its historical ships into museums and memorials where as HMS Invincible has recently been photographed with her front half being chopped to pieces in Turkey and it came out at the weekend that a 20-year campaign to save HMS Plymouth has failed The lines of hearses going through Wootton Basset as our dead sons are brought back from the most pointless adventure in British Military History. Self-pitying mawkishness over Diana, Mwamba, Hillsborough, and arguably RMS Titanic Simon Cowell, Bruce Forsyth and Big Brother utterly destroying a vibrant "pop" culture and killing quality TV production The Britain you obsess over is gone, and I hope that Saints dont play with a modern-day British spirit tomorrow, we'll get hammered and the team will refuse to take responsibility for their poor performance, blaming others, wet leaves on the line, Health and Safety or the wrong type of snow...

Mega Store - Taking the ****.

I bought the away shirt this season rather than the home for the first time in years (I didnt like the herringbone effect in the red or the white shoulders). Never regretted it. Looks fantastic with jeans, bermudas, etc. -
Toys out of the pram moment. Some people have the opinion that he is not yet the finished article. F**king deal with it.

If we hadnt have gone AWOL for the last 2 weeks, we probably would have. -

alpine_saint replied to .comsaint's topic in The Saints
Indeed, but I was assuming that most sides that are relegated only manage to keep their team together for most of the first season (not the case following our relegation, sadly) -
I know, but no-one else seems particularly capable or willing to contain their aggression on here.

Then we should give up trying to reach the PL now then, if that is an acceptable explanation, because we are always going to be up against 3 teams with PL players and wage bills to match. -
It's all gone quiet from the "we only need eighty points" brigade....

Playground stuff, mate. Could change your quote to be "I am a c**t", but its beneath most properly emotionally developed adults.
