  1. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1392684/Hamza-child-martyr-tortured-death-Syrian-soldiers.html Any objections ?
  2. He's going to leave sooner or later. If the price is right, we should do it. We are no longer a one-man team, and we have the clout and the standing to acquire a decent enough replacement(s). He's a kid, who may turn out to be crap for all we know. That doesnt mollfiy my anger at Arsenal though, who I reckon have been talkign to his dad, and who seem to think they have a god-given right to our home-grown talent.
  3. Reading Pompey Saints Brighton Bournemouth At the start, at least.
  4. Yep. no-one believes Blatter is innocent, and yesterdays clearing is hillarious. FIFA is just about to disappear up its own arse.
  5. Sorry, this needs a thread of its own. Comic genius.
  6. That is a superb post, just spat my tea across the room. I salute you, sir. I am still laughing now..
  7. Indeed. I would have played Scholes before Carrick. I still cannot believe Manyoo bought him in the first place. When he got booked he looked like a Sunday League player, his timing was that bad.
  8. I thought Giggs, Carrick and Evra were f**king awful tonight. The only Manyoo player to show his class was Rooney, and the only one to put the work in was Park. I thought van der Sar should have done better for Messi's goal. Barcelona were putting strings of 30 passes together. They p*ssed on Manyoo from a great height. The ref made some odd decisions though. Was completely star-struck.
  9. Surrey and Essex. Cant support a team led by a Ferguson. No way, never.
  10. I hate ManYoo with every fibre of my being, but if them winning delivers the prospect of that boorish c**t Ferguson retiring, I will support them for this one match. Otherwise its Barcelona all the way for me.
  11. Wow, more FIFA revelations. Time for the English FA to leave...
  12. dont give a sh*t about any of them except Huddersfield to beat Posh. dont like Ferguson, also we want CMS if Posh dont go up. Wouldnt mind seeing Barcelona destroying ManYoo too.
  13. Nothing is going to happen, and the pigs will keep their snouts in the trough. A real tragedy that the institution that governs the game we gave to the world has arranged their systems in such a way as to discriminate against us. I have been told a few times that when the referees meet up to discuss how to approach World Cup Finals, they are told in no uncertain terms what teams FIFA would like to proceed. Thats why I always give a wry smile when I hear the likes of Blatter and Platini express their belief that the right team won; its almost as bad as Batters ridiculous mock surprise at opening the envelops and seeing "Russia" and "Qatar". Last WC Final, if Holland's strong-arm Van Bommel dirty tactics had given them the lead against Spain, it would have been really funny watching the ref throwing the game...
  14. I like this post. Having been only able to watch it on TV, I was struck by how the Arsenal fans behaved like it was a funeral when they won the FA cup against us in 2003, whereas our fans were partying like we won it, jus because the poor little diddums missed out on the PL title.
  15. That genocidal c**t Mladic has been arrested in Serbia. Shoot the f**ker.
  16. hehehehe. Not forgetting that not even the English RFU want the services of SCW anymore....
  17. ********. I would be delighted with a Wembley final appearance and a last day-tussle for a play-off spot.
  18. You havent really read what he wrote, have you ? The ideas that Lowe had may not have been bad, and may be similar to those NC is willing to support, but the whole manner of execution was shambolic and amateurish under Lowe, whereas NC gets on with them without f**king fanfare or media whoring. There is also no evidence at all that lowe tried to find investment or financial backing, since that would have diluted his grasp on power. You also get the impression that NC has a better grasp of what a football club is and means, or at least has much better advisers. The key difference for me is that NC is going for these things, some similar to lowe's ideas, some different, in a whole-hearted and PROFESSIONAL manner either without or at least with a very carefully concealled personal agenda, and in his case if there is a personal agenda at all like a whopping bonus, it is NOT detrimental to the clubs goals.
  19. A good question. Reckon I would be happy hovering around the top of the NPC for a few years, waiting for the SKY / Premier League house of cards to fall in, then when it does we are in poll position to go up, stay there, and challenge for Euro spots. If things do unravel in the right manner, we could be on the verge of happy times indeed....
  20. This. Lowe liked talking money but brought nothing to the club whilst taking plenty. And I havent seen NC in a squad photo or heard of him turning up at the training ground in a monogrammed tracksuit. Lowe really reckoned he could do the managers job, and this Napoleon complex where he interfered in Poortvillet's team selections helped get us relegated from the CCC.
  21. Wow. First time I have appeared on the happy-clappy side of the fence. NC has delivered our first promotion in nearly 40 years, and I think he can do no wrong at the moment. I'd draw the line at sucking his c*ck though. I might give it a quick rub through his trousers if he asks, mind.
  22. Second worst interview was Alan Pardew's monosyllabic "stroppy tw*t" interview after winning, I think it was 3-0, against possibly Charlton ?
  23. Superb. Funny every time I hear it. Worst interview I've ever heard from Saints is George Burley, after a defeat at Colchester during the play-off season, live on Sky, when he was clearly plastered, slurred his words and argued with the interviewer about how long it was since our last win (the interviewer was right...) Embarassing, and I knew then he'd never take us up.
