Enjoyed the article very much. I like spotting fellow Saints fans from afar, and its easier with a unique kit design. I think its good to stand-out with our own "uniform"Therefore I am not particularly attached to red-and-white stripes. There are half-a-dozen teams we can be mistaken for. Aside from that, I find it quite exciting seeing what the club can come up with. I liked the sash shirt a lot. I would have welcomed, say, an inversion of it, the quarters, or the Rank Xerox kit. How important is it ? Not very important, I suppose. Its all about asthetics.

Its interesting to note that there is no coloured piping on the black shorts of the new home kit. I reckon the shirt the same as the home kit, but with black replacing the red stripes and yellow replacing the white stripes. The socks will be yellow.

I just looked at the vid on Saints Player (why is it all jittery almost subliminal shots of the kit ???). I do NOT like the shoulders from behind. Looks like a patchwork quit.

Its OK. It does the job, I suppose. Lack of innovation possible with red-and-white stripes, probably. At least the sponsor logo isnt so dominant. I personally enjoyed last years delve into out history, and would have liked the same again, maybe quarters or Rank Xerox.

I think its shoddy marketing. Amateurish. I would have had a clock doing a countdown on the web site until the online reveal. So what if the sale doesnt start for 24 hours ? In this sense, I would have thought a longer period to whet the appetite would make more sense. This Swiss secrecy-obsession b*ll*cks is starting to grate...

I went to bed at 0100am and got up early at 0530am hoping to catch an ealry glimpse of it, curiosity getting the better of me. Still no sign of it. Why must SFC (NC) always be so f**king awkward ? Last seasons kit was lanched at midnight, why not this one ?
