  1. His contract is coming to an end No-one is the slightest bit interested in taking him on; we completely failed to loan him out. He is not suited to the Premier League, but hes got comfy with Premier League wages. I for will be extremely suspicious if he suddenly starts deliverying what he has spectacularly failed to do in previous seasons. Will feel like a Saganowski-type con all over again. I dont think anyone wants him to fail, but some of us are more fed up of the club being taken for a ride than others.
  2. Wow, The Gash gets another chance. I guess watching him earn 60K per week and doing f''*k-all, whilst we have trouble making chances, has become an itch that needs a scratch. Watch him blow this last-last-last chance as well. The forgiving-ness of certain Saints fans is either desperation, or due to Biblical-levels of generosity.
  3. OMFG
  4. So, was he booed or cheered ?
  5. Whats wrong with Soares ?
  6. Completely agree. I think we are saying the same thing.
  7. In terms of pure sporting achievement, I suppose both assessments are correct. But a young lad suffered a horrific injury with career-ending consequences, so applauding it does seem a bit inappropriate.
  8. Wow, Pochettino is a piece of work. He's revealed in the presser for their match tonight that Shaw was crying down the phone when he had a private call with him. C**t.
  9. Boy oh boy Liverpool are in trouble. They have left their defence behind on Merseyside, as they travel to Bordeaux for tonights Europa League game, in order to prepare for the game against Norwich... If they lose tonight and at the weekend, Rodgers is gone
  10. I had this exact conversation with my wife (Austrian) last night. Germany has done the wrong thing for the right reasons. By saying they will take 100s of 1000s of refugees, those involved feel they have a welcome invitation and are even more determined to risk the journey. Germany has a habit of doing the wrong thing for the right reason; they arguably started all the Balkan Wars by recognising the independent sovereignty of Croatia.
  11. More money ? I dont know who paid his wages (us, them, both), but maybe the Seville offer was less money. In which case it would indicate that money and not the chance to prove oneself in the PL was his highest priority...
  12. Yep. Spot on. I just wish it hadnt taken so much TV and ST money for the club and a lot of our fan base to work that out (some clearly are clutching at straws still. His discarding is his fault, no one elses. He's had 3 or 4 managers in the PL, and all have come to the same conclusion).
  13. No, I'd rather we got someone decent. Ramirez is not the answer.
  14. Indeed.
  15. Jesus, how desperate are some of you lot. f**k me, we have other options than this malingerer. Koeman was willing to give him another chance, and apparently he's blown it - again. F**king give it up. The desperation of some of you to see this player come good is reminiscent of a jilted girl hoping her ex-boyfriend will see the error of his ways and come running back. Sooner he p*sses off to Penarol or wherever, the sooner we dont have a bunch of pussies giving wistful glances and hoping his next chance is the one he takes.
  16. Excellent post. I wonder if the idiot bellends in the Labour party realise that as long as they avoid major scandal and balls-ups, they have handed the Tories an unchalleneged run at the country for a generation.
  17. I thought we'd just played Newcastle.
  18. He's **** and unreliable.
  19. Have you ever thought that perhaps the fact he swans out and in the club whenever Uruguay play, is always on the treatment table, but is one of the highest paid players at the club, causes a degree of friction amongst the first team ?
  20. Angela Eagle......jesus....
  21. So we are missing at least one attacking midfielder. Very worried that Mane is our only source of creativity. How about we try to turn Caulker into an attacking midfielder ? He looks better going forwards than defending.
  22. Or provides an assist for Rickie...
  23. Rubbish. Saints have done nothing but help Bournemouth out over the years with friendlies and such like. One of the significant factors for why they are now in the PL is the sell-on fee that they got for Lallana, and it was Saints that increased his value so much. Spurs on the other hand have been living off us in an offensive parasitic relationship for some time. The hatred heaped on Spurs by Saints fans is fully deserved, unlike that from Bournemouth fans to Saints.
  24. Gary Monk.
