Ah, well I’ve learned something today, not that it changes my argument in any way. I think Si might be out old friend Collins Dic, who someone else had banned without me realising.

That’s total conjecture based on anecdotal evidence. During the riots last year somebody posted statistics that if anything a black man was slightly more likely to survive an interaction with the police. There was basically little in it, but IIRC a Police interaction with a black man was marginally more likely to involve violence but less likely to end in a fatality. If it was true, why are there so many black men in prison in the US for armed robberies and other crimes involving firearms? Surely the police are just blowing them away the second they step out of their squad cars.

You’ve shared an unverified ‘study’ by an unknown person, on an open online publishing site, which talks about how the virus (not the vaccine) is inhibiting "DNA repair". Now I may be wrong on this but I was under the impression that DNA wasn’t repairable, it’s sort of fundamental to make up of all living cells. Putting that aside, what exactly is it you think you’ve ‘proven’ here?

I’m into some messed up, kinky stuff but a Sunderland shirt….

If John Prescott was Charlize Theron, he’d be drop dead gorgeous.

We aren’t going to have the corpses of people who’ve had 10 Benson & Hedges pilling up in the corridors of hospitals. Nor is there a pandemic of people doing 34 in a built up area. You do have a valid point in that some people need to get a grip of their own unhealthy lifestyles but it is not relevant to this debate. Every credible medical source has been saying it all along - we all need to get vaccinated for the protection of everyone. Now we’re saying exactly this being played out. The supreme irony in it all is that the countries with the lowest vaccination rates, where more people bleat on about their rights and their freedoms, are the ones who are going to need more restrictions.

Aside from Liverpool those teams are 5th, 9th, 10th and 12th. There're points in those games, if we play as well as we have been recently.

It clearly wouldn’t be though, would it. A draw, like we got against United, City and Chelsea (up until the sending off) would be a good result. A two goal defeat is probably a par score.

He sees injuries to Armstrong and Djenepo, Redmond having a baby and an overall dearth of talent in creative positions.

We have two very limited ‘keepers. McC will remain our starter until next summer, when FF leaves on a free and we can better deploy his considerable wages elsewhere.

Got this in the bag, just a question of how much we improve our GD.

You’ve changed your tune. Last week he was "top of the list to replace Smith," at Villa, who are now ‘leagues above us and we have no hope of competing with financially.

Glory glory Man United…

He loves the club and is a great lad in the dressing room, apparently. His years of experience at the top level has really given the team a boost since he came on.

Just wait until the media finds out about his dog, Herschel Goldberg.

As good as this game is, what is the f**king point in cup replays AND extra time? If you can’t settle a game in three hours, who wants another 30 minutes? Just go to penalties.

It's a metaphor.

Random Ex- Academy Player Transfer News no-one will care about...

Not having a great game really, a lot coming down Bolton’s right hand side. -
You don’t say.

Certain countries and geographical areas with a higher propensity towards corruption in general, tend to have more issues with this. In Western Europe airlines have entire departments monitoring license and medical compliance.

None of this is relevant to players deciding clubs. It’ll come down to money, family ties and at a push, the nearest large city. Debating whether Southampton is a better city than Stoke on Trent is inconsequential when the players all just jump in a limo after the game and head off to London or Manchester. I doubt the Costa at Rownhams services has ever been mentioned in any contract negotiations.

I think he’s gotten off incredibly lightly if I’m honest. People in the industry have received longer sentences for incidents which, whilst negligent, were genuine mistakes, made in good faith.

I really don’t get the fuss over Sunday’s drive either. He just breezed past everyone on the straight, thanks to massively superior horsepower. Max made it interesting with some good battery deployment to defend but it only ever looked like a matter of time. I’d say any of the six drivers who finished at Spa in ‘98 put in a far more impressive drive than that, just as one example.
