Exactly we are completely soft. Other teams find a way to stay in games we roll over and let them tickle our stomachs
-
Diallo has been utterly atrocious again.
-
Typical Saints this season. Failing to take advantage when on top, then handing the opposition the win on a plate
-
Embarassingly soft by Saints. var Let off, need to make most of that
-
Played very well so far. Just a shame Adams didn't have more composure with his chance. Armstrong once again has been very good in the CM role, which is gives us another option there going forward. Tella bright again. We're going to miss Ings quality in front of goal if he leaves. Feel we seem more comfortable playing out with Macca in goal.
-
Interesting lineup. Is Bertrand injured or have we decided to move on from him completely. Glad to see Mccarthy back and adams too. Understand freshening up the 10's too. While Armstrong did better in CM than i expected last time he had to deputise there i still find it bizarre that Jankewitz is constantly included on bench but never given a minute's game time.

Arsenal’s statement is just funny. Going on about how stability is essential and they’ll carry on working to deliver security. So a fancy way of saying they still want a closed shop.
-
Having to cope with large squads filled with multi million pound players and the best youth prospects in the league. How will the poor little darlings manage.

Curious has Germany had the rule from day zero? Or was it implemented at some point to the cost of the existing owners?
-
And now Juventus have offered up their own sacrificial goat.

Glazer's sacrificial goat

At the very least govt should go ahead with the german ownership model. It'll be disgusting if they are allowed away with no repercussions.
-
The potential bounce affect of playing against superleaguers will probably be gone by tomorrow unfortunately as the snakes are trying to sneak away.
-
Disappointing to see Villa CEO clearly has zero gumption "What we need to find is a way to enable these two tournaments to thrive and they won’t be better off without those clubs," said Purslow.
-
I'll probably watch it, hoping we'll give the superleaguers a bloody nose like Leeds did last night. Won't be as much fun watching Mason squirm under questioning as it was watching Klopp do so.

There's always that old joke ad, about multi-ball
-
The Top six being allowed to use the Premier League as a B league for their reserves would kill the Premier League for me.
-
My initial thought was that it was posturing. Seems to have gone beyond that though and can the genie be put back in the bottle. I hope the authorities don’t end up groveling to these clubs and instead the clubs are heavily punished and made to either come crawling back or leave for good.
-
Seems to have been converted to a wingback at Newcastle
-
Nice straight talking from Milner "I don't like it and hopefully it doesn't happen. I can imagine what has been said about it and I probably agree with a lot of it."
-
Maybe all the other 14 would have been equally greedy if they'd been invited, we'll never know. Clearly some european clubs have turned it down so far. I liked seeing the leeds t-shirts statement, hopefully rest of the clubs will follow suit. If we have to sit through the meaningless taking a knee rite every game, we should surely at the equally willing to be protesting this as a united front.
-
Liked seeing the first of the breakaway clubs dropping points tonight.

I can't say i've ever wanted Saints to be akin to the entity that used to be Man City football club. I've longed for wage caps to come in to deal with the imbalance. I hope they don't get bought off to come back to the fold to carry on widening the chasm and government and governing bodies use this line in the sand to cut off the snake heads.
-
Good to hear that Leeds players are wearing anti superleague t-shirts. Hopefully Saints follow suit.
-
Yeah i'd treat it similarly to how cricket used to treat touring South Africa during Apartheid.
