  1. Bet they’re begging for him back now, though. Seven wins in the last nine at the end of the season to a winless start under Duff.
  2. Tall Paul to come in from the cold and fire us to the Prem?
  3. Yesterday was bad but the way this forum goes into meltdown mode after a defeat is embarrassing. We have 10 points on the board already without playing to our best. Our closest rivals also lost yesterday. This process is going to take time but you can’t write RM off just yet.
  4. We need to get out of this league ASAP to save us from Don Goodman.
  5. First impressions of Rosco: he needs to cut out the knee slide celebrations.
  6. Hello dad!!
  7. Ings will probably end up at Burnley #spiritualhome
  8. I’m amazed at how many Saints fans have an opinion on pretty much every player we are linked with. How have you been able to see them play enough to have a judgment? I haven’t a clue about any of them.
  9. Someone telling Percy porkies?
  10. I think we can rule that one out.
  11. I don’t know anything about Harwood-Bellis. Genuine question, is he better than ABK?
  12. Nice move for Perraud.
  13. I’d love to share your optimism but Fraser’s had nowhere near as an explosive season as Tella did last term. It’s more impressive considering how old Tella is and he was showing all the signs of repeating it for us. It really should be two goals in three games.
  14. He’s finally free!
  15. QPR 6/1 for the win currently.
  16. Well, he was…
  17. Are we signing Lee Sharpe?
  18. Good to see Brett Ormerod back in the game.
  19. 12 years ago this would’ve been the same description for Steve de Ridder.
  20. I thought Dyche would get Everton ticking this season but I’ve probably been proven wrong off the back of that. The Everton forum makes for grim reading and I don’t think he’ll have long left. It’s a tricky one for Che. He seems like a Dyche signing. If that’s the case, why risk not being in favour with whoever comes in next if the board pull the trigger? His stock will be far greater helping propel us up the league at the end of the season than it will if he fizzles out in a very poor Everton team.
  21. Hopefully he’ll stay. The financial reward for promotion outweighs Che leaving on a free.
  22. status quo - down down Downes, Downes We’ve got Flynn Downes … and repeat
  23. I don’t know enough about Matt Grimes to care but Football Insider is hardly a source.
  24. We’d be on a solitary point if it wasn’t for Che so far this season. Swings and roundabouts.
