  1. Chris hughton is a dreadful manager. And his deals with Leeds stink as much as Harry's friend signings.
  2. And another massive let off for Jos Cannavaro.
  3. But it was Lambert...
  4. Palace. Not Brighton, we need to keep this South thing as a USP.
  5. Have you been reading this forum or have you done like 99% of posters and just buried your head in the sand no matter what cock-up he came up with? If so you would've found at least three threads where his mistakes have been described over and over again.
  6. How Hooiveld keeps getting starts mistake after mistake after mistake I'll never understand.
  7. Wolfswinkel will be a class player for them. Could easily see him spending no more than a season at Carrow Road before joining one of the big 4. As for Hooper he would flop at PL level.
  8. Well he can make 3rd choice in League Two so hopefully he can be the cup keeper for Eastleigh....
  9. Was going to say. It came up on the news when he was involved in a fight. Channel Way it said on the Echo...
  10. Right, who of them has a catering and a printing company?
  11. The level of delusion and head-burying attitude in this topic is too high for any rational debate to happen.
  12. I'd have those two any day.
  13. And so the Hooiveld brigade have started another brainwashing campaign. The only reason he is playing is because MP wants a left-footed CB and a right-footed CB on the team. Given Forren is having a long integrative period, he is the only one available. That's why he is playing. No more, no less. If we had another left-footed CB or even if Fonte hadn't got injured so early in January he would've been shipped out. And again, pin balling balls back to midfield with your head is not being good in the air.
  14. I actually don't. I think we would be looking a much less certain survival prospect under Adkins. Maybe we would've avoided defeat v.QPR but I reckon we would've lost at Wigan, home to West Ham, same v. West Brom/Swansea but lost at Norwich (which we almost did anyway).
  15. We need a left-footed CB to sign and Jos Hooiveld to be dispatched. We need a LB to sign and Danny Fox to be dispatched. After that I reckon a winger would do us good favour, some good competition for Lallana/Puncheon/Ramirez. Maybe that's Mayuka? I don't know if our fringe clearance will mean we need to sign many more players, but I would expect our academy to be able to feature more in case of first-team shortcomings.
  16. Classy stuff. Stay posted for further news on football's most outrageous collapse in modern history.
  17. Yes but you mustn't forget that we have moved from a 15,000 seater box to a modern 32,000 stadium. Our core support wasn't going to double its figures.
  18. I'll wait and see, but we are certainly going to find out more about him now than when he was our manager.
  19. Sooo Super Nige at Reading: 0w 1d (Alex McCarthy blinder) 3l, 2 goals scored. I know they are poor, but hardly top English manager figures...
  20. And another myth. STOP burying your head in the sand for Jos FFS. He is not good enough. What is it about Jos really? He is no club legend, just another journeyman defender.
  21. I remember the same thing happening just the week before QPR and we were humbled, although there was no long-term ambition talk from the club just before... A lesson to this forum. But I guess it's part of the emotional side of footie. One week you think you can pull all the upsets, the other one you take out the calculator just in case.
  22. Is that a problem really? Is there some rule or code of conduct that forbids any human being of going to a football game? Should someone who owns a business have football websites and TV shows blocked? You have some very thick and ignorant complexes in your mind, sort it out.
  23. Tell me one! He dealt with Cissé wonderfully for a start... And let's talk about Hooiveld against 80% of strikers shall we?? It is also a myth that Hooiveld played well v. City or Liverpool. Liverpool he left injured after almost letting Suarez in. City barely turned up and in that sense then Yoshida-Fonte had a magnificent game v. Arsenal.
