  1. The BBC have reported that the DCLG have issued a statement saying that if the cladding had a plastic core then it WOULD NOT meet Building Regs.
  2. The building had a history of electrical issues, including power surges that caused domestic appliances to fail.

  5. But you can swing that argument for any of the member countries, unless you are saying that the other 27 have always voted en bloc against the UK. As for last week's election, the majority of MPs were not voted for by me, and therefore probably don't have my best interests at heart. That's the way democracy works - until I get to establish myself as benevolent dictator.

  22. The difference with respect to the exit poll is claimed to be due to the postal votes not being included. In the 3 results declared so far, it looks like the Tories have gained from UKIP's loss.
