"True success is when we can say, on and off the pitch, we are working, within our capabilities, very close to our potential. "That's what my vision as chairman is: that in one, three or however many years I'm here, that is happening on a daily basis."

"When Markus Liebherr passed away in 2010, Katharina was put into a situation that she wasn't looking for this early in her life. "The ties to her father and what he meant - and how much he cared about the Saints - has come alive in Katharina. "Every step she takes here, she's doing with her father in mind."

All looks good to me. Statements tick all the boxes nicely. Now we wait!

Beware older players who are linked with loads of clubs in the press. Especially cheap players. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Should saints break the bank in the summer for a striker ?
DuncanRG replied to killer fan's topic in The Saints
If that's what it takes to get the right man. There's no sound way to argue that our expensive signings didn't work out *because* they were expensive, or that we should avoid spending big money for that reason. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
We generally don't leak things until they're close to going public anyway. Exciting! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Steady on, there's thinking Ramirez might end up being good and there's thinking he could replace Adam Lallana

More accurately it's students panicking and throwing their sampling method to the wind by spamming the survey link anywhere with a message board They can't come up with public opinion themselves!

I don't mind as long as QPR don't go up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We could have won the FA Cup if we'd beaten Sunderland and won the next three games. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It is indeed likely to be over if we lose any of those games. We probably will, but you couldn't fault the team for that. They're tough fixtures

Not a classic game but we did enough to win. Defensively solid away from home again. Lallana and Schneiderlin were both very good. -
We need a change but I'm not sure what would work. Going forward it might make sense to put Rodriguez through the middle and have Gaston on for Lambert, but we need Rickie at the back if Palace keep at us. What would you do? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Appalling from Wanyama. Threw a good attack away Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Scneiderlin challenge looked rough in real time but on replays I'm not sure it's even a foul. Gaston on soon? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bolasie's lightning quick. Don't think Chambers would fare much better Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Great save, hard to know where that's going Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Don't want half time to come now. Palace will regroup if we go in at 1-0. Unlucky Rickie Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That's the kind of counter we like to see! Movement's been great today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Getting outmuscled at the moment. Like the way Palace are playing under Pulis. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Teams getting relegated from the PL and potential signings
DuncanRG replied to doddisalegend's topic in The Saints
Though it's worth bearing in mind that Swansea are by far the worst team in the league for playing the same way and running out of ideas. Half the time they don't even have ideas to begin with. -

If Swansea somehow manage to get themselves relegated the vultures will circle big time. Ben Davies would make a good replacement for Shaw if he leaves. They have three or four players we could do with but I can't see them going down.
