Boy, does Long need a goal. Got to be happy with an away point

My West Ham supporting friend is amazed we didn't get a player sent off and claims we made numerous dirty tackles. Does this remotely correspond with anyone's recollection? There was one pretty crunching challenge which rightly got a yellow but I can't remember anything else. Those club pictures are a little worrying with a trip to Israel in a few days - hope it's tiredness and not anything else!

Far too early to think about an England callup. Wouldn't take him unless there were loads of injuries.

We were pretty poor first half but seized upon West Ham's mental weakness at 1-0 and turned the screw. Second half we were brilliant. Won't face worse defending that Tadic's goal.

Kept an eye on it at the game - they were really at each other but think it was best described as professional frustration.

He's absolutely right to ask the question, but perhaps not with such inflammatory language in public. If the advert was simply '£6.50 an hour' without the age stipulations mentioned in the club statement, that appears questionable. If not, perhaps Pope's gone a little overboard, but it's good to see the civic duty being fulfilled.

Austin needed here - Swansea keeping four men back when we broke there says a lot. Don't think Long and Redmond are going to get much space to get behind them. Wish we had Pelle to call on, to be honest Also think Cedric's having a decent game, against much tougher opposition than Sparta Prague.
