  1. So why was he referred to Prevent three times?
  2. I am not sure you have to be Hercule Poirot to know what the motive was. As somebody pointed out the authorities should have been honest with why they did not say at the time. Most of us would have nodded along but the fact they haven't, makes me uncomfortable.
  3. I had a very good pint in there a few years ago! Lovely part of the world. Wilderness.
  4. Trolling??!? Many criticised Benali but his contribution in the dressing room was considerable. I remember seeing a statistic at one point that we won more games when he was playing than when he was not.
  5. He may not be Maldini but I love Jack Stephen's passion and commitment to our Club. I would rather support our team with players like Jack Stephens in it than superior footballers without the affection for the club like ABK.
  6. Of course I will give him a chance but don't we just need a 'safe pair of hands'? Somebody that knows the English game inside out and chucks a few cups of tea around. Once again we are just trying to be clever.
  7. Was that not the Bulgarians?
  8. Never bet on anything that can talk.
  9. Its Monday but its been a difficult day. I have edited it!
  10. Take a sip of your drink, breath out and admit that what success now looks for us this season is beating Derby's record of 11 points.
  11. That is a good call. They looked very demotivated from the start.
  12. We should build higher for starters. Amazon and other sites have made much of the high street redundant so we should redesign our high streets. Building on greenfield sites is an environmental crime that can never be undone.
  13. We will play quite well and then give a goal away. Play quite well and maybe even score a goal before giving a goal away and then conceding another. Russell Martin then talks about how brave the players have been. It is not brave it is stupid.
  14. What the hell is a swan doing nesting at this time of the year!
  15. Whilst in the anyone but RM camp I would not be a Cooper advocate. We got thumped twice last season by Leicester but under Cooper this season I thought they had gone back.
  16. Please don't use the word 'brave', it triggers me.
  17. This is how a good manager handles a player like Bella Kotcha....
  18. Unless we change managers we are doomed, in fact it is probably too late! Unfortunately, having made a mess of the Nathan Jones appointment Ankerson is reluctant to lose face on admitting that his new prodigy, while having many positives is fundamentally flawed. The problem is that when faced with appointing a new manager Ankersen will never go down the 'safe pair' of hands route and go for a wily old manager he will insist on gambling to unearth some new pioneering manager to raise his own profile.
  19. It is a good team. We have demonstrated that recently. You cannot though just gift goals away and expect to win.
  20. I like Jack's passion. Its good to have him around the club. Of course that does not excuse the stupidity of getting sent off.
  21. You really could not make this up. It is not the goalkeepers it is their instructions!
  22. "high risk low reward football" - well phrased. Meanwhile up front rather than the use lightening counter attacks to open up defences that would exploit the pace of Archer and Armstrong and the creative flare of Lallana and Dibling, we pass the ball about until the other defence is organised. It is Martin's vanity that is preventing us winning games! All he has to do is tweak things.
  23. And Sulemana is good too and great fun to watch. Bella Kotcha plays for Germany and he is good too. You might just have to show some man management skills. Oh and Carlie Alcaraz was good too and seemed to like the club before he was moved on. Couldn't pass backwards I guess.
  24. I disagree. If we passed it forward and used the height of Tall Paul, the speed of Archer and the creativity of Lallana and Dibling then we would score goals. Defensively I think we are better than last season but create our own issues by passing around at the back. I believe we are a good team if we did things right. I am not a fan of Cooper I thought last season Leicester were fantastic when they thumped us home and away (helped of course by Martin's refusal to change his tactics) but under Cooper were poor when we played them.
