Portsmouth North is Labour (although probably won't be in a couple of weeks) and Portsmouth South is Libdem (with a reasonable majority).

The parents who take no interest in their childs education aren't likely to go to the trouble of starting a school, tbf.

They are talking about the electorate being able to recall MP's and trigger a by-election, which would presumably happen in a situation such as that.

If gate receipts were still shared, I don't think we'd have seen the investment in stadia over the past 20 years. It would double the time it took to pay back a new ground. Clubs would have just bolted seats to the terraces and left it at that.

This. You'd think if loads of people booed NC one or two of them might admit to it, wouldn't you. For what it's worth, I heard some booing and wondered who it was aimed at. Then I looked at the pitch and saw the man who pushed through our points deduction, so I figured it was aimed at him.
