I don't think Pelle looks anything special but he's still clearly an upgrade on Lambert. Lamberts finished, I thought he was complete garbage last season. Tadic is admittedly probably a fairly big step down from Lallana of last season, but Ramirez is a better player then Lallana when he gets a run in the side

Exactly, similar to our Vic. He's quality for us but lets be honest he's technically awful. Similarly if you sign a South American you'd generally expect a certain personality and style of play

He's of African descendancy, the country he's born in is irrelevant. They're generally more physical and less technical then other races when it comes to football, with the occasional exception obviously

It's interesting that Koeman said he wants to play wingers, considering we have none. Midfield is our only well stocked position but now were short there too. Lambert looks far more skillful then Pelle, but Pelle looks more mobile, not that that's hard. I'd expect him to equal Lamberts goal tally
