A guy on a train told me you can also download a program called "Calibre" which makes any downloadable ebook format compatible with Kindle and makes it easy to upload it too. He said it was a very easy to use and reliable program. He said to google "calibre kindle" but I didn't independently verify this for fear of lingering Y2K virus particles.

In one of these articles it says this: " The world got a glimpse of Luton’s dogged determination and tremendous tenacity in their recent FA Cup bout against the European champions Chelsea. Despite falling to a late Romelu Lukaku strike, the Hatters fought tooth and nail for every ball, going toe-to-toe with the English giants and showing their quality as well as their tactical discipline." Did anyone watch this game? Was there anything in it that could offer us a tiny sliver of optimism? I get that they just lost to Stoke but every team loses - if he has the ability to get a Championship team playing well against Chelsea may be there is just something positive about him being overlooked?

unrelated: not sure if i've heard this already or it came to me in a dream but i thought the song "evie" nearly works for tino: tino tino tino livramento <insert final syllable> tino livramento's back? tino livramento's ours etc etc

Seriously meta stuff. That link goes to their forum, which goes back to our forum. Personal highlight is this: "Negative side is that we’re replacing one donkey with another donkey... Stephans will want to be in our first 11, but from what I’ve seen of him over the years is that he is a massive liability." Hilarious stuff. To be honest I think it's a good move for him and the club. Seems likeable, had his moments, can obviously play but will probably never be more in the prem than last choice at a club like ours. Will be interesting to see how he copes with the aerial ball in the championship (not that I'll be watching).

I welcome the addition of any CB with face tattoos.

Love this training kit, at least that's something

I also reckon there was a weigh up between Ings staying and Bertrand staying ... I'm sure some of the cash saved off Bertie's contract will beef up Danny's new offer.

El Classicoast?

I agree with this - it seems to me Ralph's problem has been trying to make changes too quickly, too suddenly, and often underestimating how easily other teams will exploit our uncertainty. It was the same when he arrived - he dramatically changed the system altogether twice instead of incrementally. I think he is trying to get the whole team playing to this system with the idea that when Salisu is fit, he will slot in and hit the ground running and it will all work a little bit better. But we are sacrificing confidence and points and good memories of last season in the meantime, so I think slowly slowly is better. I trust Ralph, but I am worried he is experiencing what Koeman did - wants to stay and improve the club, not being supported financially to do so, is feeling frustrated by that.

I haven't watched the game yet (not sure I will now) - but I'm curious to know how Tella went? Acknowledging that it sounds pretty poor all around, but did he show promise or give any indication he might play a bigger part this year? It's one of the great things about following saints, seeing the young guys come through (desperately searching for positives and dry sheets).

Well we love our Sal, we love our Salisu. could be Well we love our Sal, Mohammed Salisu. Great idea though!

This is crazy and unsubstantiated - but I think I remember once in about 2006 reading somewhere that he was truly ambidextrous. Had no preference with feet or his hands! Always remembered that factoid long after I could remember him actually playing.
-
Plus the interview with PEH a while back where he said the two fastest players he played with were Sané and Long.
-
Agree, I thought in particular Romeu looked slimmer and sharper than he has done in the past, and his performance was sharper too! I am always happy to see him in the team and doing well.

is that the first league game bednarek's missed under ralphy? i have to say their lineup does not look remotely threatening - except for the old former players' curse of course. cork with a bicycle on the edge of the box in the 95th minute? good to see stu and JWP back, and i must say i'm a shameless boufal supporter like i was a shameless ramirez supporter. sh1t games like this are often one by ten seconds of inspiration i reckon.

I thought this too - but: “With Danny Rohl And Hasenhuttl” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
