It's a good win, and we'll done to Hughes. But if 3 games is too premature to suggest he can't do the job, may I suggest 1 game is even more premature.

Haven't seen or read anything of the match, but winning 2-0 with a missed penalty must have been a pretty good performance. So, firstly, well done Hughes. Winning is a habit, and hopefully we will start to get on a run.

The biggest issue the whole time with Gabbi, and I said this when we purchased him, is that he is not suitable for a one up top formation. He needs to play off a player who can hold the ball up. Badly misused - but that's been the same with a number of players of the last few years.

The problem is that players struggle when they don't know what they're meant to be doing tactically, or are playing in random formations/lineups. He'll need time if he's playing under Hughes.

We collapsed against Chelsea. We were awful against West Ham. We struggled past an utterly appalling Swansea team. We only stayed up because the teams below us were so bad. 2 wins and 8 points in 9 games is relegation form.

He took us from 17th to 17th, and I have made my decision based on 9 games last season, this pre-season, and this season. Half a season of Hughes will see us relegated.

Van Dijk was only here half a season last year, and he wasn't particularly good - especially with the fact that apparently he was being disruptive... See, I find this whole bed-wetting stuff strange - it makes me think you just don't care enough about the club. If you have recognised that someone is not capable of managing your club, I would suggest that outlining this, as I have consistently over the last 6 months, is worth doing. It may create a consensus - and there seems to be a lot of support considering "it's only been 3 games - blah blah". This first 7 games we needed a lot of good results - if we have Hughes for these 7 games we will be in deep ****. You can apologise to me later.
