I must admit I watched the interview and thought that he was really buzzing about being here then I realised he was probably just excited as we're playing against his next club in a couple of days. Honestly though he does strike me as someone whose going to give his all for the club while he's here to achieve his ambitions, whatever they may be, and that's all we can ask I guess. If he moves in a couple of years for a few quid more than we've paid for him then that will suit the board too.

I picked up the leaflet about this in the Itchen stand at the weekend. Seems like a good idea but as has previously been mentioned, you can't (yet) select St Marys as a venue. Anyway, I guess the idea is that you can order on your phone either from your seat, outside or anywhere else you like and then grab your receipt and then just collect your goodies from the bar. They'll still have to go and get your food, pour your beer etc but it should save time as you avoid waiting for them to stop staring at the till trying to figure out what change to give from a fiver for a pint. I would imagine that you pay when you order otherwise peoples will be ordering **** loads just in case and then not collecting it.

I run a football competition at work where part of the deal is to predict where each team will finish. Of the entries in so far, no one has predicted that Saints we'll finish lower than 12th and most have said top ten and that's from fans of all different clubs. Personally, I'm going for 10th.
