In fairness he is a semi decent winger now being asked to play as a stiker. Will take time for sure - the "new Henry" comments probably haven't helped? He averages a goal every 11 games in his career so we shouldn't expect too much to quickly. All fart and no **** so far

Makes you wonder if Puel reads this forum.... Play Austin up top and in his natural position (not on the wing) and the guy will score goals - he always has. "Natural goalscorer" it's a cliché but seems right when describing Austin Hopefully Puel is now aware of his strengths - Henry / Redmond could learn a lot from Austin

I didn't and wouldn't judge him after the first 4 games and won't after the last 4. For me the time to judge is (and always has been) after Christmas Positive signs recently but worrying signs when we've played any team with a serious goal threat. Dury still out - but as always I'm optimistic and hopeful
