  1. I was actually being upbeat. We were due to have a loss at some point and it happened. As long as it doesn't continue into a long line of poor form I'm ok with that. Off late we have been playing superb football but it's too much to ask our squad to be a team of invisibles.
  2. Unfortunately for a club our size with limited squad depth it would always be difficult to maintain the run we were on. All it needed was a couple of key players to get injured to make a difference. Yes we managed to get past WHU in the FA Cup, but we have become a lot stronger at home. But there were signs in that game that we were missing Salisu etc, but Valerie stepped up and did a good job but didn't start against Villa for some reason. So, the defeat had to come at some point but a shame it was so heavy and could of been a lot worse. Let's just hope we put that behind us and get back quickly to our previous form.
  3. And no Long to save the day.
  4. A bit up and down.
  5. Good result. Team selection was risky but Ralph took the gamble and it paid off. I wouldn't of rotated but hey, who's complaining.
  6. Jesus H, was is the logic for that lineup, effing unbelievable.
  7. Put our strongest team out, why rotate?.
  8. Very sad news, thanks to Minsk's daughter for letting us know. Rest in peace, at least you will be able to watch all the games now.
  9. For early parts of the game I was thinking that this game wasn't going to go our way, every loose ball seemed to fall at the feet of a United player. We also seemed slightly knackered from the spurs game, but Ralph has somehow introduced some grit and determination along with a good dose of belief. Another great result, well done all involved.
  10. Absolutely fekin brilliant
  11. I dont have a problem with Ralph leaving in a couple of years or so, but announcing it is not helpful.
  12. We were lucky but, We've scored some outrageous and stunning goals this season😳
  13. Truly upsetting news, I feel absolutely gutted for you Minsk, family and friends. Thinking of you mate wherever you are and wherever you will be.
  14. I suspect that our inactivity in the transfer market is due to our targets having to finish their term at infants school.
  15. I pulled one out of the bag in pure frustration and it bloody hurts I can tell you.
  16. Steve, I think there is a problem with the site, I'm sure on clicked on Southampton's January 22 transfer window but it seems to be Newcastle.
  17. Even when out of form MLT had the ability to produce a bit of magic and change the game. When Delle Alli's form started to drop it dropped like a stone and he ended up looking like a Sunday league player.
  18. It's difficult not too with those teeth.
  19. The bishop was obviously impressed with the quality of the sex change.
  20. That was like watching a pack of lions hunting down an antelope and the antelope escaping. Watching it was very uncomfortable but at the same I applaud our players for the guts and hard work they showed. Salisu is immense and as tough as old boots and I’ll be gutted when he is stolen from us eventually. KWP back in his rightful position and scoring a goal that will be up there being considered for goal of the season. A great backs to the wall performance played with alot of pride.
  21. It's fallen through.
  22. I've only seen the highlights on Motd, but unless they were being very kind to us (which they aren't usually) we played well and were very unlucky not to get a result. 3-1 looks a very misleading scoreline so I don't feel that downbeat. The next few fixtures look shitty though so Ralph needs to get his motivation hat on big time.
  23. That makes sense as there seems to be other posters having the same issues.
