I was not sold on the Hughes appointment but how refreshing to see a manager with a bit of passion and who acknowledged the fans and the players at the end of the game. Hughes is also responsible for winning that game in the way he changed things at half time, a Pellegrino side would have capitulated. He has his work cut out though as still no goals from any forwards and plenty of out of form players to contend with. Austin returning may be his god send.
