  1. It was a good joke though! Here, have an up-vote!
  2. Not quite sure how 'Guardian Readers' is an insult. Is it because this is a football forum?
  3. Have to agree with that, quite like the Guardian
  4. Slovenia ...Hohoho
  5. This defence, Jesus. Clyne @ 85mins...
  6. Great goal though tbf
  7. God we are a fûkin awful team aren't we? Bring back Sven.
  8. fuçk that, just had a look. Seems to be all about being friendly to each other and shiz. For my part, I do claim to have introduced Lou to TMS through my 'girl games / boy games' thread, and therefore by proxy initiated the entire schism. However this claim may also be bôllocks. Shame about Bletch. Liked him.
  9. Can somebody PLEASE tell me who got banned and why? I feel like I've walking in half way through a film :/
  10. True that not many English teams use or fill the role well. Probably because midfielders aren't given as much time on the ball as their European counterparts.
  11. Yes I know you live in France. Not sure that comprehension of the no.10 role is defined by nationality though. Perhaps experience.
  12. Yes good players and fair points. I was thinking about their strange habit of stockpiling mediocre strikers, they have about 10 on the books at the moment.
  13. Yes but what about Steven Davis? Do you rate him?
  14. They are going for volume it seems. Quantity over quality.
  15. Odd looking chappie. Bit like a scrunch-faced Joe Cole
  16. What the hell has this thread got to do with transfer rumours? Summer break = endless transfer rumour threads only!!!! Everything else should be stuck in a single 'aggregated non-transfer discussion' thread.
  17. They've always had good scouts
  18. Ugly but memorable. Players look a bit like jockeys.
  19. 22mil? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/southampton-transfer-news-22million-sevilla-5866476
  20. Lol, fair point.
  21. This is something we can definitely agree on. My sister did her degree in Middlesborough. Horrible place.
  22. Yes, Newcastle is basically in the arctic circle. Hence why the horse punchers go shirtless at all other stadiums exposing their flabby white torsos to the world.
  23. I actually live in Upham, but Eastleigh is close enough. Don't get me wrong, I don't rate Southampton as one of the greatest cultural cities on earth. It's just that Newcastle is truly horrible. Miserable weather and the trees grow sideways due to the constant onshore gales. Sunderland is slightly nicer, but Newcastle is honestly shît. And yes, I have been there, many times unfortunately.
