Big article in today's Telegraph about Chelsea's plans for next season. Conor Gallagher is expected to be in the first team squad challenging for a place in midfield. They might listen to offers for Werner and Pulisic. Lukaku is expected to stay and improve. Kounde and Rice named as main transfer targets. No mention at all of Broja in their plans.

I wonder who you think offers that.
