The one thing you could say about him is that he's done the "big club" thing, and may be happy to commit to a club like ours long-term. Personally I'd like someone younger and more dynamic but I don't know who that person is................ The perfect scenario is that Ron stays and commits to at least a one year extension.

Yeah ,I take your point about 'loyalty'. If he stays for 2 or 3 or more years then that's great. If he leaves after 2 years we get a huge fee. So whatever, to me it's positive either way.
