  1. Sorry, I clearly missed that said put down three things you are not happy about in the party you are supporting and then slag off the other parties too. My bad.
  2. Surely the point was to show that you could appreciate the faults in the party you are supporting. As soon as you add in digs at other parties you destroy the point of the exercise by watering down those criticisms. Surely we all spend enough time slagging off opposing parties on here as it is?
  3. Book a disco for a party it is one price. Book it for a wedding and that price doubles or trebles because they know there is a bigger budget. If people know you are minted the asking price goes up which is why clubs outside the Premier league rinse those in the Premier League.
  4. Just read that the Tories have provided their candidates with manuals which show them how to smear their rivals with mostly discredited “facts.” Classy.
  5. Trust hypo to shoe horn a dig at the other parties too.
  6. I’m still undecided but if I vote tactically it will be Labour so... Not dealing with the anti-semitism thing decisively enough. Not electing a leader who is more voter friendly to the floating voter. Keeping Diane Abbot on the front benches when she quite clearly annoys people of all persuasions.
  7. Bless you Wes. You are the sort of person who would buy a used car from Boris Johnson.
  8. The IFS report that both the Tory and a Labour spending plans are not credible. The LibDem plans are more credible.
  9. To anybody with a brain cell the Tories have been running down the NHS for years and if you think it is safe in their hands you are seriously deluded.
  10. No they don’t, they just show the Tories in the lead. It does not mean that they are not also in a mess. The feedback also suggests that their lead in many seats is liable to change with the slightest swing. Still waiting to hear when Johnson is going to face Neil. I bet he is out buying brown trousers as we speak.
  11. Let’s not pretend that the Tories aren’t also a mess.
  12. Given his performances and serial lying on camera so far I expect another car crash. However there is no point in commenting on it until it happens, if it happens, so let’s just wait and see, eh?
  13. He doesn’t have much of a reputation to lose so is probably thinking about bottling it. If Neil doesn’t go easier on him than Sturgeon or Corbyn it could be the biggest car crash interview so far.
  14. Spoken like a true Tory! Have you ever fallen ill in the US?
  15. Sad news but he had a good innings at 85. Years ago he did a series on TV on various organs. The one I saw was about the lungs. He put a healthy pair of lungs on the counter that were all pink and spongey. He then put a pair of lungs on the counter that had belonged to a smoker. They were all black and looked like lumps of coal. If I had ever considered smoking it never entered my head after that. Thanks Sir Johnathan! He was multi talented and also very funny, some of you oldies might recall Beyond The Fringe? RIP
  16. Your loyalty is commendable but parts have already been privatised and the pharma companies can’t wait to get their hands on our drugs contracts. Wake up and smell the iodine.
  17. Probably because they are trying to con the Great British public into believing that it will all be done and dusted the minute we leave. The reality is that it will not be “done and dusted” for many years.

  19. In which case are we likely to see a greater tolerance of Islamophobia if the Tories get back in?

  21. To be fair, Corbyn did say that he believed it had taken a long time due to legal intervention.

  23. And yet we have watched Johnson make a fool of himself on telly for months and still people are prepared to vote for him, so there is hope for Corbyn yet!

  25. If Labour get elected, does anyone on here seriously believe that Jewish people will actually be less safe than they are now? As Duckie would say, what utter pony.
